Bio and Links
Bio Photo I pursued old-fashioned genealogy in cemeteries, libraries, and courthouses for several decades and communicated with fellow genealogists by mail and telephone. Am now reveling in internet research, digital photography, and email. The latter make researching fifth cousins twice removed much more feasible, if not sensible.

Find A Grave is a wonderful resource, and I decided to say thank you for the work of others by entering records from local cemeteries. Many thanks to Ione Sweers whose notebooks on the cemeteries of Anderson County and Dorothy Kipper Lickteig whose abstracts of newspapers in ANDERSON COUNTY EARLY GLEANINGS and ANDERSON COUNTY KANSAS CEMETERY BOOK make this easier.

If I have created a memorial for one of your close relatives and you wish me to add information or link them to parents or spouses, just let me know. If you request a transfer, please follow Find A Grave guidelines.

You are welcome to use my photos in your family genealogies, post them on Ancestry, etc.

RE: Conway obituary
You are most welcome. It adds so much to the memorial to have an obituary! Betty

Williamson
I would like to know if you have more info on Frances Williamson buried in Garnett Cemetery in Anderson County. I've come to a "brick wall" with this lady's research. Was she married?? The person I'm looking for is Sarah Frances FREELAND WILLIAMSON. Born @1866 in Indiana and married to John Williamson. Her and her parents (John & Joannah MILLER FREELAND moved to Holt County Missouri after the Civil War. I can't find any info on Frances or John after 1908. Many thanks for you time. Peter in CA

RE: Peter Johannes
Maybe, although the stone for Peter Johannes is not even in the same section as his wife's, let alone side by side or nearby. I did copy images of the burials of the Johannes family from the microfilm that the LDS took back in the 80s, and sure enough, no Peter. I might drop by the cemetery office the next time I'm up that way and see if they have an explanation. Thanks again for your input.

Peter Johannes
Thanks for that update. I have removed birth and relationship info from The Holy Cross/St Joseph memorial. I'll revisit that memorial at Holy Cross as to whom that might actually be. Thanks again for the input!

Susan Cutsinger Russell Edit
Susan is already linked to Alexander Robinson as a spouse, and has been for quite some time. You may want to delete your edit because if I accept it, it will duplicate. I did once in the past and that is what happens.

Best regards,
Bev

I received your edit for memorial 21329061 concerning middle name change to Carl instead of Carrl. His death certificate is the documentation I used for the memorial. I understand they aren't always accurate, so wondering what documentation you have for the change. The double R is unusual for sure!
