Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired from a school system having worked in maintenance doing mostly carpenter work altho I did lots of other things. The best part was watching the little ones and the love that some wanted that wasn't received at home. That makes you thankful for a home life that has love in it and I had the best.
Thanks for my parents and the love they gave me. Both are gone now and are missed daily.

Any photos that I take will be transfered to family members and close friends for the asking.

I live in Texas in the Texoma area and have for 70 + years, and enjoy taking photos. I have a lot of my mom and dad that could never be replaced. Try to take lots of photos of all, but lean toward the older people, they won't be here for ever.
Have a very Blessed Day because it is the one the Lord made.

It seems that there are some that are unhappy with the way I add a memorial so I will not add them at this time. I hope that these that complain never make any mistakes, there will be some obits that will never get posted. Thanks to all that have helped with the postings that have been made.

I have been ask lately for transfer of memorials, if you are not related to the person please don't ask for a transfer. It takes time to do this just to have someone want have it transfered.

Thanks, Chas.

Pearl McKee hall
Mr. Hines, thank you for taking the time to create a memorial for Pearl, she was my mother-in-law. Please correct the location of her death to Denison where she lived and died at her residence. Just so the record is straight! Thank you again.

Earl Morton
Hi Charles,

Thank you so much for the photo of Earl Morton's grave. He was a neighbor of mine, growing up in Sherman. I surely appreciate your going out to West Hill to photograph his grave stone for me. Hope you are getting some of that much needed rain today in Texoma Land!

Dear Charles,

Thank you so much for posting the tombstone photo of my cousin Jeff Roberts and his wife Mary for my family and me!

Helping those who live so far away from their deceased ancestors and relatives is not only a selfless act of kindness on your part, it is also a cherished and priceless gift that you give to us.

May God bless you and yours in all your endeavors!

With heartfelt gratitude,

RE: Mary Roberts
C.L. HINES 10 JUL 2014: I found a Mary Roberts' stone with a Jeff Roberts (Jeff 1864-1936, Mary 1867-1943). Could this be the one you are looking for? Chas.

KATI 16 JUL 2014: Oh, yes! THANK YOU! There's been some confusion with all the Erwin Jefferson Roberts in this branch of my family tree. An uncle raised his namesake nephew who went by "Jr." though he wasn't truly (the nephew and his siblings were orphaned at a young age and they were raised in different households of various relatives). Plus others in the family had the same name as well. It's no wonder some went by Jr. or an abbreviation of their middle name-LOL!

I've corrected Mary and Jeff's memorial pages with the dates you found on their tombstones (Mary's dates were only estimates). Would you please post their tombstone photo for me? It would be greatly appreciated!

Erwin Jefferson Roberts I [AKA Jeff]

Mary L (nee Melton) Roberts

I just finished reading your profile and the comments with people dissatisfied with your postings. Please ignore them. It seems there are many unhappy people in the world today and they just have to pick, and you are doing a great thing by writing our ancestors, friends and family into our history records. I hope I have never offended you by requesting edits. I do like get good accurate information into the memorials, but I hope it is never taken as me being dissatisfied, that is certainly not how I intend it to be taken. Please keep up your wonderful work!
