We try to photograph entire cemeteries. Often when on vacation we will photograph, therefore you may see our photos have been taken in many different areas of the the country.|
Under no circumstances do we link to burial unknown, link to duplicates, or allow our photos to be added to duplicates. Any use of our photos on other memorials on Find A Grave will be reported to administration.
Transfers are generally per Find A Grave guidelines. There are always exceptions within reason. No mass transfers.
I no longer will do edits when there is no contact info. I have had too many questionable edits sent, plops in cemeteries that would encompass my memorials if I accept, and links that are assumed, but not verified.
Please use the edit function on the memorials, for links, dates etc. Edits/requests on the message board will be ignored.
We may ask for documentation, don't take it personally, but with so many sending edits we try to stay as accurate as possible.
I borrowed this from another member, and I could not have stated it better. " The first memorial created in the correct cemetery (NOT as a burial unknown memorial) is the permanent memorial. Date of creation is not considered when comparing a memorial created correctly, in a verified cemetery, and one created as "burial unknown.
**When notified FAG will always remove/merge a burial unknown moved into a cemetery where a grave has been verified. "
I love a clean edit box, I can't help my self. It is the one and only tidy part of life, my edits on F.A.G.:)

I failed to add the verification of her death date Rhode Island, Deaths and Burials, 1802-1950," index, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F8ZZ-T2P : accessed 27 May 2015), Mary Jane Munroe, 24 May 1891; citing Providence, Providence, Rhode Island, reference ; FHL microfilm 2,023,154

Thank you for the photos that you take and post. I would like to request permission to use the photo for the gravestone of George W. Scott. I will use it in my genealogy database program and possibly share with relatives.
No there isn't. There is a tombstone with his name on it, but it includes several members of the family on other members of his family.
