John McLaurin / Satira Fuqua
Hi,

I just saw your message to "Jan". You said:
"My apologies but I mixed generations here with my suggestions. Satira Ringer Fuqua is the mother-in-law of John McLaurin here, not his wife. "

I don't know anything about John McLaurin but Satira was born a Fuqua and married a Ringer so her name should be Satira Fuqua Ringer and not the other way around! And it appears that her name was really Sabrina even though she used Sat or Satira. Her parents were Silas Fuqua and Sallie Taney Young. Her older brother was Galba Fuqua that was killed at the Alamo in 1836. Her husband was Benjamin F Ringer.

Thank you so much for transferring my grandmothers grave to me. I have searched for her grave but I was looking in the wrong cities and cemetery. Again, thank you.

Buck and Missouri Annie Wright
Have you ever run across any burial information on these two people. My great grandparents. Died in Holland, Texas but burial unknown. Is there a record of a potter's field in that vicinity?

O. G. Holley
I located the following article about O. G. Holley's death. You show him buried at Liberty Cemetery in Milam County, Texas. You can post the article with your listing if you wish.

ARTICLE: The Standard (Clarksville, Texas), 29 Apr 1887, page 2:
Milano, Tex., Apr. 23 -- O. G. Holley, a prominent citizen living about three miles northeast of this place, was killed Friday evening about four o'clock by falling into a well about 114 feet deep. He had started into the well to clean it out, and when down some fourteen feet from the top he called to the man at the windlass to stop, and dropped, falling head foremost. His body was gotten out about 10 o'clock last night. Justice J. M. Little held an inquest.
