Bio and Links
Bio Photo Live in Maryland; summer in the Adirondacks. Write historical articles for Weekly Adirondack in Old Forge and appear on , am interested in Adirondack and Fulton Chain historical figures, of whom many are in Oneida and Lewis Counties and other NY cemeteries, many now inactive, often in obscure locations.

I work from my cemetery photos, then linking the graves through trees, and newspaper sites such as and I often contact ancestry trees to let them know I've found their family members, especially if I've used their trees to confirm or help link family members on findagrave.

There is always a chance for errors and happy finger typos. So please do not hesitate to let me know if you find something needing correcting, have more family connections or question the links I've made, using the "Edit" tab on the memorial.

If you find I've added a photo where one was already present, I often take photos to get the whole stone and a closeup for clarity or to get the family group of stones. If I find a photo of part of a stone and I have the entire stone , if the back of stone is shown without the front, I will add my own to the benefit of the memorial and the deceased's family who may not be able to go to that location.

In like manner, if someone has a better, clearer photo than mine, please add it and don't hesitate to ask me to remove mine. Please contact me and I will be glad to do so for this any other reason.

I don't add to existing photos to replicate what is there or to add to my statistics. If you believe mine repeats what you've added without additional benefit, please ask me to remove mine and I will do so promptly.

Rather than add memorials from listings, I add memorials from walking the cemetery and taking photos.

Anything I add to findagrave is intended to be used by you.

RE: typo
Thank you. I see the transfers. I like to check in case I find new cousins or new to me branches of my family.

RE: myra e mohr photo
Thank you. I would love to tend my family, even if,it's an online memorial. I have a map of the cemetery. Unfortunately someone from the cemetery told a family member that Tillie was in section K. I did find a huge Mohr family grave that may be related to John. I appreciate the heads up on the website for records. Are you related to the family?

RE: myra e mohr photo
Myra's grave is in the outer corner (third row in from Moravia Road side, grave site 76) of section K in the Kraus family plot. Till ie Kraus Mohr would be my paternal great aunt and I could not find her grave. I was told she and John are also in section K but I did not see it. Is section K correct?

RE: myra e mohr photo
Yes. I ran out of time tonight but will submit a memorial for Myra this week and then link everyone.

RE: David LaRock stone
Yes they are still alive. Denise Michele LaRock and Mary Ann LaRock are both my aunts from my father's side. And yes I can remove the request for the photo.

David LaRock stone
I don't know how I came across this site but when I did I had tears in my eyes when I seen my brothers stone. I haven't seen it in over 20 years and was surprised someone else had a photo. Thank you

RE: marjorie error
Actually Dorothy known as (Dottie) is her daughter and she is still living. I may not be managing any memorials now, but that is only because I did not know I could manage my ancestors pages. The husbands seem to be correct, I will touch base with my grand uncle to confirm. I love the addition of the Obituary.

RE: marjorie error

I am not sure how to switch over to managing her memorial but I would love to do so, although I have never done it. She has 1 Daughter on findagrave Bonnie M Colton memorial number # 152841770. She has two other deceased children whom are not on findagrave that I am aware of. I would also like to correct one more issue, as you have her two husbands names listed but Misspelled one of her husbands names. You have Stephens instead of Stevens. Also, chronologically Charles Myers was her first husband where you have Albert Stevens listed first.

You are welcome for the photos. Check your 'edits' tab as I just sent the plot location.

RE: st lawrence cemetery for heils
You are most welcome. The Heils are there, just no marker. There is plenty of room to put a marker if they are so inclined.
