Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a life long resident of Fort Worth, Texas. I have been researching my families genealogy since 1975.
All of my memorals are my ancestors, or extended family. If you have any questions, or would like something added please feel free to ask.

I am researching FANNING GRISSOM LAWSON BRUSH and those associated on my Mothers side.
I am researching CLARK BUTLER HOLMSLEY KITTLE and those associated on my fathers side. All in Texas.

My husbands family that I am researching are BROWN McPHERSON BLACKBURN MANIRE.
If you are related to any of these families in Texas then please let me know.

Please check out my TEXAS Confederate Soldiers. They represent every branch of my family.

A Poem I found on this site:
We are child and an invisible cord...not seen by the eye...It's not like the cord that connects us 'till birth ...this cord can't be seen by any on earth....This cord does its work...right from the start...It binds us together....attached to my heart...I know that it's there...though no one can see...the invisible cord from my child to me......The strength of this cord is hard to describe...It can't be can't be denied.....It's stronger than any cord man could create....It withstands the test...can hold any weight.....And though you are gone...though you are not here with me....This cord is still there...but no one can see......It pulls at my heart...I am bruised...I am sore....But this cord is my never before......I am thankful that God connects us this way....A mother and child....death can't take it away!

Manire Family
As you can see my grandmother was a Manire. We need to compare notes. She was a sister to James Manire also buried at Mimosa.

Janna Walters
information for you
I have information for you concerning Henry Luther Rumfield. It is listed that he died single (DS) with Maye Belle Rumfield. This information is not accurate. This man was my grandpa. My dad's dad!!

Abraham & Louisa Standlee

Thank you for your heads up. I would like do something about the duplicates as well as you, but I have dealt with the couple before and they don't seem to be very interested in others point of view and are busy doing their own thing. I had noted on more than one occasion that they seem to use Find A Grave as their genealogy site rather than what it is meant for. I guess we will just have to try to let them go on their way until the powers that be @ Find A Grave say something to them.

Belvue Cem. / Roby,Tx.
Hi Virginia, you had asked me if I knew if Belvue Cem. in Roby,Tx. had ever been recorded.I have to say I'm not sure. I searched several web sites, and found a few partial listings of this cemetery. Also found it called the Rotan Cem.Info shows it's in Rotan ,Fisher County, instead of Roby,Tx.If you want to send me the names your looking for in that cem. ,I will compare them against the ones I've found and see if I can help you.

My ancestor is Nancy Boren via William and his son Israel and his daughter Peralee is anyone researching Nancy Boren. I can't find where she is buried....many feel she is not buried in Boren Cemetary but might be buried with James over in the Bardwell Cemetery? Do you know anyone researching her?

Sally (Skelton) Bratton
Clara Belle (Fanning) Wells
Hi Virginia,
It has been awhile since we have connected about our Fanning family.
Well, I have a question about Clara Belle (Fanning) Wells. I have married to Abner Fanning and I have seen where others have her married to A G Fanning. Can you please clarify for me?
