First of all, Thank you so much for creating her memorial & taking a perfect photo of her headstone! You have helped our family discover it's roots.
And secondly, Thank you for transferring her memorial. What a truly kind & generous thing you do for so many people including me.

Under my aunt, Barbara Possert Forgacs Smith [Find A Grave Memorial# 43423914], I see the name of a man mistakenly listed as her son.
John Alkes, Find A Grave Memorial# 32687035, is NOT the son of Barbara Eva Possert Smith. Nor was she ever married to Sergius Alkas. Would you please remove the connection to my aunt?

Thank you so much for all the edits of my Gillett Family. I am taking on all the mysteries of my hometown Gillett and Cody families (relations of Buffalo Bill) and trying to solve the unanswered questions of where they are all buried in our small area. The Codys (founders of our village) ran a stagecoach tavern and hotel across the road from our home. This home was in our family for 200 years. I have come to the startling possability a lot of these earlier burials may well have been in our backyard! My father while digging the foundation for our garage in the 1940's came across very old human remains! I now believe this was a very early cemetery , never documented, of early 1800-1820 burials of the Cody pioneers. Genealogy sometimes leads you to your own backyard for answers to old questions. Have a good day.

My goodness, that is surely the fastest transfer of a requested memorial I have ever received! Thank you so very much for the transfer.
You are helping immensely in pulling together the previously unknown and scattered history of my Gillett family from my home town in New York to this area of Michigan. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it and also the wonderful work you and your volunteers are doing to preserve and honor our ancestors for future generations. Thank you.
