I have been unable to locate a source for her name being "Ellen Nelie Ransom Dayton". If you could help me with this so I can defend against challenging researchers. I did find her daughter Gertrude and Walter's first wife and child buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Battle Creek. I think the child Dawson would also be Nellie's but I didn't locate the death record. Thanks for all you do.

In the Memorial Park burial and plot list at the Mason City Public Library, it is spelled just like you spelled it: "Alexander Hardy".
Helen's funeral was held last week at Imm. Lutheran Church on Wed. her daughter was here I am sure a stone will be in the making. I would remove this pic. thanks

Although I'm not related to nor know the Castner family, I'll pass along any other Castner-related info from the Yates County area that I happen to stumble upon while researching my own family.
