The various branches of my tree that I am researching are: Oliphant, Peer, Kivell, Nancekivell, Glover, Hendershot and Scofields.
For some time now I have been recording the history of Halton's earliest settlers to the present day, through the local cemeteries.
Please feel free to use my photographs, I take my photo's so that others can enjoy them, and include them in their family history if they wish.

|Bren||John Henry Farrell|
Some of this is falling into place, William, Sarah Elizabeth and John Henry Farrell are to children of Henry Robinson Farrell and Sarah J Menary Farrell (lots of different spellings of Menary).
Henry Robinson Farrell's father was Dennis Farrell just have death: 12 Oct 1850 in Milton, Halton, Ontario, Canada buried in St. Johnís Anglican Church Cemetery, Stewarttown, Halton, Ontario, Canada Find A Grave 140429325
Dennis Farrell's father is Bartholomew R Farrell, he died on 10 May 1861 in Halton, Ontario, Canada, buried in St. Johnís Anglican Church Cemetery, Stewarttown, Halton, Ontario, Canada Find A Grave 140429288
Also could you add a church picture to Dennis, Bartholomew and Henry's page.
A picture came into Ancestry of the three of them buried together, if you send me your email to firstname.lastname@example.org, I can send you the picture and I don't need credit, I had my cousin do some fixing on it so it was readable

Hello. Many of the photographs I add are addied via the transcription feature. This means whoever is transcribing the photos unfortunately can't see if there is already a photo attached. If you let me know what pages you want them removed from I will more than happily do it.

Hi Patricia, just wondering what your source is before linking these two to Neil in Acton
|Judith Preston||Daniel Cummins family|
I just wanted to thank you for all your thorough and hard work on the Cummins family. I have been searching on and off over the last 5 years and have found nothing that tied my great, great grandfather George S. Cummins to his life before he married my 2x great grandmother Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kitchen. She died in 1881 in childbirth at the age of 27 so there was little people knew about her husband. When I found him on Find a Grave I was able to link him back to his father Daniel b. 1814 and with all the information you included in the various biographies of earlier Cummins it all started to make sense. The articles you included made me feel like I knew about their lives and sort of knew them. You were a "mini Ancestry" to start me in the right direction.
Are you related to the Cummins?
Thank you again.
I just got back to them due to the free weekend at Ancestry and have run into a problem. There has always been some sort of mixup with the marriage of Jacob's parents.....Christopher Swackhammer to Catherine Terryberry.
She is born in 1772....she got married in 1784....12 years old?? 1st child 4 years later.
Her mother is a Terryberry too (LDS and Ancestry) and her grandparent is a Swackhammer. Have you run into this??
On your amazing explanation, at the bottom, is the following....I am not sure how they all fit or whether there are so many "Swacks" that you added them, lol. Any help would be great!! I find this site hard to communicate on, so if you want to contact me directly, I will slightly munge my addy....figgyd_ca at yahoo dot ca. I would love any advice you could give me.
Catherine Elizabeth Terryberry Swackhamer (1772 - 1858)
Jacob Swackhamer (1793 - 1874)*
John Swackhammer (1796 - 1883)*
Catherine Swackhamer Masales (1799 - 1875)*
David Swackhamer (1807 - 1894)*
Christopher Swackhamer (1824 - 1914)*

You are correct. I have her entered incorrectly, but have now corrected her and show her as buried in Acton Pioneer Cemetery. I checked both TONI and located an obit for her (which I posted) on her tombstone, which confirms that Acton Pioneer Cemetery is where she is buried.
I will transfer to you to manage her.
|Sandra||Glovers and Hendershots|
I also tied into the Hendershots and the Glovers. Send me an email which is on my profile page. I will look up and scan as much as I can for you.
