Bio Photo Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.

We have been researching for a couple decades. Families: Buckmaster, Patterson, Wollam, all variations of Teatsorth, Falk/Faulk, Johnson, Lee, Collier, Eschbarger, Orr, Brinton, Thomas, Grau, Hyde, Case, all variations of Brandeberry, Richcrick (Reichenbach), Slote, Balken, Ulmstead, Flower, Dick, Graham, Hyatt, and many more.

Also a focus on those who have fought for and kept us free ~ our American veterans. We have a virtual cemetery for these units: 31st and 49th Ohio Infantry who fought during the Civil War.

"Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The goal at Find A Grave should not be to manage all of your family members. If you have information to add, you should suggest it to the current manager and they should make the changes."

RE: Elizabeth Lent Buckmaster
yes, I mentioned that... her mother's name is listed as Lint. Did you want the pic removed?

Elizabeth Lint Buckmaster
I have several related family in Holmes County OH who are Lint families... I noticed that you had her name spelled Lent. So, I posted the death cert of their daughter with her mother's name listed. Please delete the photo if you prefer, but I thought you may be interested in the Lint family. My Gonser, Rausch, Levengood, Snellenberger (and of course our Buckmaster connections) are related to many of them... Look at the Fiat UCC Cemetery in Tuscarawas County. Very interesting as I am related to most everyone buried there. We are currently trying to find out which Richard was the father of all our Strait clan... DNA proves us to be son of Richard Buckmaster as my dad just had his DNA tested in December. He matches Y DNA to the Buckmasters with no mutations to a common ancestor within the last two hundred years. Thank you!

RE: Melvon S. Runyon
Melvon's daughter Rita Runyon Leggett. I have her email if you would like to contact her personally. I will not post it on this public message. Melvon's father was a brother to my grandfather David S Runyon.
Thank you,

RE: Samuel Chopping/Pvt Leonard Whitmoyer
It has already been corrected. Do you have any idea where Leonard Whitmoyer's wife, Sylvia Bacon Whitmoyer, is buried?

RE: Samuel Chopping/Pvt Leonard Whitmoyer
Thanks. I've notified the user who posted Samuel Chopping's info. (Samuel's wif's ID # IS one numeral off from Leonard Whitmyer's as you supposed.)

RE: Frank Brandeberry
I certainly will. If I may ask how is he related? I may have information that you may find useful.

Best Wishes,
