"In each family, there is one who seems called to find the ancestors. To put flesh on their bones and make them live again, to tell the family story and to feel that somehow they know and approve. Doing genealogy is not a cold gathering of facts, but instead, breathing life into all who have gone before. We are the storytellers of the tribe."
Seen on another contributor's profile. I couldn't agree more.

Hi Sharon! I was going to suggest an edit for this memorial to reflect burial in North Cambridge Catholic Cemetery and then I noticed there is a duplicate (#146177710) for her.

Thank for the transfer Beulah Mader. My wife is a descendant of the Mader, Zwicker, Ernst and Strum Families in Nova Scotia. We appreciate your work there which provides us with the info we were looking for. Thanks again

He's all yours to look after now, after all who better to tell the dearly departed's life story than their own kin folk. ^_^

Good evening Sharon.
I am the great niece of Cpl. Aubrey James Smith of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have just recently found this website. Would you like some additional information on Uncle Aubrey?

|Molly H||zwicker in blockhouse|
Not Johanette, her mother in law, Alicia Catherine Risser Zwicker was born 1797 and when widowed was alive in blockhouse in 1881 at age 84 per census. The design on the gravestone is ribbons over a heart, a female styled decor.

|Molly H||unknown zwicker|
This may be the grave of my great great grandmother, Johanette (Hannah as she was nicknamed) Zwicker. She married Rufus Zwicker. Her maiden name was also Zwicker. She was born in 1797 and died at age 84 in the Blockhouse as a widow after bearing around 14 children (exact number on another page.) I've been looking for her. Love your honoring her here. Records support my belief.
