THANK YOU to those of you who submit photos and information that enhance the memorial. I appreciate your kindness and willingness to share.|
You have my permission to use my photos for any noncommercial use. I do this so you can enjoy having something of your family member, even if it's just a photo of your family member's marker.
I am not related to the majority of the families of the memorials I manage. I'm not here to collect a large number of memorials either. I simply add what I find in order to help other people find their relatives. So, except for the ones that are near and dear to me, I am willing to transfer memorials to you.
Genealogy is not done in a bubble. It is a piece of information that was recorded by someone else, someone who doesn't know you, who will probably never meet you and may not even be related to you. It was done just because it may be important to someone someday. Consider doing the same for others. It only takes a moment.
If you are doing family research and think GGGrandpa and GGGrandma are buried in a certain location because that's where they lived, then contact the cemetery and verify it first. You may be surprised how many people are not buried in the location where they raised their family. *Tip: They may be located in a cemetery near the area where one of the children are living.
Please realize that the SSDI does not show where the person died. It shows the last residence recorded at the Social Security Office. Check for a death certificate or the State's Death Record for the location of death.

Thanks so much for Emma's gravesite photo. She is my grandfather's cousin. I am also looking for information on her husband and his gravesite. His name may be variations of Johann/John Carl/Charles Tomas/Thomas. At their 25th wedding anniversary he was called Charles Thomas in the Post Crescent but his baptismal name was Johann Carl or Karl Tomas. Is there any way you could check to see if he was buried near his wife Emma? Thanks again. Sorry to be a bother. He was born in 1877 but I don't have the year of his death.

Thank you so much for the photos! I really appreciate your time taking them :)
|NHagen||Hazel May Nylund (continued)|
Hazel May married a Robert Nylund but she died giving birth to their daughter, Gweneth Grace Nylund, in 1924. I suspect the Robert Nylund (born. 1900, died 1957) buried in the same cemetery is her husband, but I have not confirmed that yet. He probably remarried and he is buried with his second wife, Elsie. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this. Thanks again.

|Craig H. Trout||QUIGLEY|
THANK YOU for your very generous willingness to transfer the QUIGLEY memorials to my care. You cannot begin to know how very grateful we are, and also how much we truly appreciate you special efforts in originally creating the memorials.
|Betty Paulsen||Lucy Vaughen Davis Morse|
I was wondering if you could look at your records on who Lucy's parents are. I checked Ancestry.com and it says her maiden name is Vaughen and she married a Davis and a Morse. The mother you have listed never left St. Lawrence County, New York. I thank you for your time and hope this can be solved.
|John A. Aiello||Antti Luomaa Transfer|
Thank you for the transfer of Antti Luomaa. I have linked the child to his parents and am working on his bio and acquiring photographs. I have thanked you on the memorial for all your work.
