RE: Mladek photo
I requested the 8 names I found be generated so I can show the photos, maybe the person didn't know the correct death dates.
By the way who are you ? What position do you hold in Find A Grave?

Thank you... much for adding so many gravestone photos to my memorials today. The Hilgers and Birkhisers are ancestors of an old friend of mine so I am especially thankful for such fine photos. And thanks for letting me know you added them!
Here's to teamwork!

RE: Charles J. Kubala
I went back to St Adalbert"s cemetery and look further for more Kubala names. I could not fine any more grave stones in the area were I originally found what was submitted. I gave it my best shot.

If not could you delete it, we seem to have a duplicate for this person. John was my GG uncle.

RE: Frank Folta d. 1943, St. Adalbert's, Chicago
Thank you so much!

Anna Novak, my grandmother, was actually Franks's 2nd wife. She was cremated and her ashes are at Bohemian National Cemetery (where the records are all mixed up too). Frank's records seem to indicate that he was buried with his first wife Rosalia at St. Adelbert. I wonder if finding her grave or marker would help find his? She died in childbirth after they were only married a year or two; then he married Anna and they were married for 50 years -- but he's buried with the first wife! My sisters and I can't decide if he just carried a torch for Rosalia all those years, or just was too cheap (a good Bohemian!) to buy another plot.

Thanks for all this information. I may just have to walk the plots myself, and bring a trowel.

John Marecki
I took the picture of John C. Marecki's
His wife Martha Marecki is there to, and I also took her grave site picture. Do you want to request
a memorial picture, so I can upload/download it ?

Frank Folta d. 1943, St. Adalbert's, Chicago
Hi Russ,
You started the memorial for my great-grandfather Frank (Frantisek) Folta at St. Adalbert's in Chicago, for which I am very grateful. When I found the memorial, I sent a request for a photo of the grave, but got a response that there is no record of him buried at St. Adalbert's, and in fact nobody by that name in the whole Archdiocese of Chicago cemeteries.

Since you were able to start the memorial, can you tell me if there was a grave card or other record that led you to post the memorial? I'm very confused! I'm going to travel to Chicago in September to follow up, and would like to have as much information as possible before contacting the cemetery. Thank you!

I got your corrections for Stanislaw and Anna Pitera and Julia Klimek. Are you related? If so, I can make transfers.
