*I ask that you do not copy any of my photos WITHOUT MY CONSENT or WITHOUT GIVING ME PROPER CREDIT. Too many times my photos have been "lifted" from either at F.A.G. or at Ancestry.com where they have been reposted to a foreign website and in order to view them, one must pay a fee. Additionally, I have come across many of my photos on other genealogy websites with no mention of a credit.|
While I will let most people copy a photo if it is to be used for genealogy purposes, I strictly prohibit people using any of my photos for monetary gain. All I ask is that you give me credit for any photos you would like to copy.
Regarding transfers of memorials - I will be happy to transfer a memorial if the person is not related to me or an ancestor of mine. Transfers should be within the F.A.G. guidelines, i.e., NO BULK SURNAME REQUESTS and only for direct relatives within four generations (siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren).
As per F.A.G. guidelines, transfers for non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) are not required to be transferred.
With that being said, I have to say that I inherited my interest in "root-digging" from my Dad, who has always been fascinated with history and genealogy.
I like the connection it gives me to the past and it lets me leave something behind for future generations.
While I strive to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error can occur. If there are any corrections to be made, don't hesitate to let me know.

|Edward Glon-Thomas||Thank you|

|James Bellert||THANK YOU|
I've become an admirer of yours! I spent some time this Spring and Summer and photographed every marker in Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington. I've been creating memorials for the markers that had none, but realized that you have spent quite a bit of time creating memorials for most of the graves in that cemetery. As I've photographed several other entire cemeteries, I know the devotion and time spent to document all those memorials. I appreciate all the effort you put into the Find A Grave memorials. You are exceptionally accurate in the details and the quality of your photographs is extraordinary. Because I primarily spend several hours at a time getting as many photos as possible, I can't always get the lighting correct and rely on Photoshop to get the photos as best as I can. I don't think I've seen one of your photos that doesn't look terrific.
So, thank you for all your work, from one of your admirers,
Could you please tranfer Bessie LaMarche Memorial #24321085 to me as she is my husbands grandmother. Sorry i accidently made a duplicate memorial. Thanks

I am related to these little boys. They were my third Great Grandparents children. William and Rebecca Coatman. That would be great if you wanted to transfer it. Thanks again.

Thank you for publishing this record. They were two family members missing in our genealogy but mentioned in stories.
|Bonnie Miller||RE: Alwine Heiser - duplicate memorials|
Thank you, Wendy - I've left a message for Kenneth Gruschow to let him know.

These all appear to be for the same person - can you work together to get one that has all the correct info - she can't be buried in 3 different places :)
I found these while researching a photo of her I'm selling on eBay.

|TuxedoFrank ||Thank You|
Thank you so very much for finding my uncle James Kirkaldy and transfering his profile to my list of names. Now he is with his brothers and sisters.
I will do a newspaper search for the obituary you mentioned.
|TuxedoFrank ||James Kirkaldy|
Hi Wendy: I want to thank you for adding the burial information on James Kirkaldy and his wife Ruth. I am very interested in my ancestry and James was my Uncle, my fathers brother. I had no idea where he was buried or how he died until I found the information you provided.
I would like to know how you came about the information on his death? and the tragic circumstances of his wife.
Also I have added his 11 brothers and sisters and parents to "Find a Grave" and would like to add his name also, if you want to transfer his name to Tuxedofrank.
Thank You very much
Kind of tickled over this one....he was related to someone who married my sister! Am still looking for her.
