Photo Request: Hello, there. I saw where you posted a picture of the "Scott Union Cemetery," located in Huron, Erie Co., Ohio. I was wondering if you might be able to fulfill a "Photo Request" for me, please, of my Great-Aunt, (Claribel E. ECKARD Junod, 1920-2015). Her (Find A Grave Memorial is: # 147521705), and she is also buried there at the "Scott Union Cemetery," I believe with her husband, Herbert D. Junod.
We were wondering if you had ever had any DNA testing done? My sis and I are trying to figure out which of our matches go with what side of the family. I didn't see any place to send you a private message......
Lucretia Breitenstein in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky, OH. These photos you added appear to be incorrect photos for this person. The photos are of the marker for Lucretia Stapleford and she only lived to be 28 years old according to the photo--so it cannot be Lucretia Breitenstein, who was far older at her death (61 years). The marker is also too old to be a 1946 engraving.
Margaret Wheeler Cherie, Margaret Mattis was born on 4-Aug-1843 in Switzerland. Father's name John. She was originally married to Joseph Lightner (I think) and had four children. He died in Nov-1873. She married Joseph Weiler (my GGGrandfather) on 19-Oct-1874 in Huron OH. They had four children. He committed suicide (as did her first husbsnd) in 1890 and is buried in McMillan Cemetery in Huron, OH. She died on 19-Dec-1913 and is buried in Scott's Cemetery. There is a grave marker for her. I would like to put all this info on her find a grave sight if I can. I have done so twice before but it never seems to get on there. Thanks for your help, Bill Wiler
RE: Margaret Wheeler Cherie, PCD sent me a message saying that I could take over Margaret Wheeler's sight if I was related to her. I am and I was happy to take it over but when I tried to contact her it said I couldn't. On that sight your name, along with others were at the bottom of the sight. I took a stab in the dark thinking you might know PCD. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience I might have caused. I'll keep on trying. Best regards and thank you for what you do for find a grave, Bill Wiler
