I have working on my family history now for about 40 years. |
Currently I am working on locating the members of 17th Airborne Division, 517th Parachute Infantry Regiment Combat Team, 3rd Battalion, I Company. This is my Uncle's unit, he was KIA at Col de Braus in France.
My reason for joining find a grave is to remember those friends and family members who have passed on. I add each memorial one at a time with the information that I have complied.
I will gladly make corrections, add additional information or make family links to any of my memorials. Click on the "Edit" tab and then click on "Suggest a correction or provide additional information" link on a memorial about anyone I have listed.
Transfer requests will be made within the Findagrave guidelines, for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Transfer requests: please include your relationship to the person.
With this request, include your Findagrave member number. I happily make all corrections/additions within a few days.

I will be in the Beverly area the week of November 3rd. Pending weather conditions, I will make an attempt to find your Andrew Parker's grave. Wish me luck!!

I was happy that I could fulfill your request. I found them looking for another memorial... :)
Have a good day!
Thank you for the transfer of Dorothy and Egon Andersen...and thank you for all the work you do to make this site so valuable to family members doing research.
There is no "Willis Albert Woodcock" at NF Memorial Park. The only Woodcock that comes close to the dates you have is the one I mentioned previously.

Your welcome, glad to be able to help out.
|Lleeah||RE: Hawkins at Union|
You're welcome. I saw there was no icon for a headstone but was still hoping to see one when I got there. They have an excellent map on their website so it's very easy to get a precise location.

I went to photograph the grave of Donald Eckart today, however, there is no grave marker at this time. He is buried next to his wife Marilyn Van Cleve Eckart, who's marker is already photographed.
