Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began researching my ancestry in 1976 at the age of 23. I was extremely lucky to still have many living grandparents, great aunts and uncles whom shared so much information, photo's, and stories with me. They have filled my life with the love of searching for more..."Family Ties are Precious Bonds that passing Time endures..." from poem by Elizabeth M. Gerus

NOTE: You have my permission to use any photo I've taken and posted on FAG in your own family research. A note of credit would be appreciated, but not neccessary. I'm photographing to share and for others to use...

Source materials

you left several connections to relatives of mine - I come from the Winfield and Blanche (Ogren) Jerry branch of the family (my grandparents). My mother was in the Jerry clan, my father, Helberg. I think this link will be very useful for you to access difficult to obtain research materials:

RE: Whiting
Thanks for the how-to advice & the additions!
I'm fascinated that Josephine's middle name was "Bonaparte"...her parents may have been more worldly than we could have guessed!

RE: Nathan and Anna Maria Mason

I posted the photo for you. We were out there last fall and while looking for ancestors I snapped some photos. I couldn't read it well enough when we came home, but I am in the habit when photographing to get a husband and wife together, so pretty sure you are correct.

Marcella Viola Anderson Lyksett

For now, untill I have more time to research, I am not going to do any changes to Marcella Viola Anderson Lyksett . I believe. We have two persons living in the same area with the same names, married to husbands with very close names. I base this on SSN#'s on Marcella ( there are two different #'s) and the husbands share like names , but different initials. Very strange , indeed! I do not want to make any changes yet, until I can wrap my head around it. So do not be offended if I take no action as of yet. I am spending time with my Grandson right now and will be able to work on it next week.

RE: George C. Butterfield
The marker next to his seems to say L.W.B. The Hillside Cemetery list I use has the same entry: L.W., with no dates. I've put a memorial up on Findagrave for L.W. Butterfield. If you know who this is I can update it or transfer it to you.

John & Sarah Butterfield's monument is definitely in Hillside Cemetery.

Regarding the Newcombs, a list I used said they were in Division II. I was not able to find them there. If you still want to pursue getting those photos, you might want to call Gloria at 920-210-3557. She keeps the cemetery records and could tell you definitively where they are. If she can give you a location, put the photo requests back up.
