RE: Lydia Everett..
Walter Scott Fairfield died in Stanton General Hospital of Typhoid Fever. He was fought from 1861 through Jan of 1863 when he became ill. There were four children born to Lydia Ann and Walter, Roselia, William, Alwilda & Nancy Ann. William was born in 1849 and died before 1855. More later!

RE: Lydia Everett..
Hi Chris! I don't have Lydia's maiden name, as of yet. Lydia's youngest daughter, Nancy Ann Fairfield, married George Henry Quimby. Lydia is my 4th Great Grandmother. Lydia was married to Walter Scott Fairfield who's birth was shown as 1827 in the NY town clerk muster role. I will post any additional information once I have more. Thank you!

I didn't see any mention of Sarah Bly in the newspaper clipping on Homer's page, so asked the guy if he was sure he had the correct parents linked.

Sarah(s) Bly
I forwarded the e-mail that was sent to me--I assume he must have contacted you about removing the picture. From what you wrote I think it should be left--I'll add a note that it is for all three Sarahs. And if you would like, I could transfer them to you so you could add even more details.

RE: Oak Hill at Eldred
I do have access to through my genealogy society and sometimes use info I find there if it is sourced. I can always check for info there.

RE: Oak Hill at Eldred
I have dealt with several other gravestones issues where one spouse dies and other remarries and that spouse ends up with 2 gravestones and then it has to be determined where they are really buried. Sometimes I ask for a cenotaph. I deleted the Ruth Barden page but if the gravestone exists with the dates I probably should have just put a reference on each page. Too tired last night to think about doing that. I have no way of knowing if both gs exist. You can redo a page for it if you want and add reference or ask administration for a cenotaph.
It is day 18 today for my Mom is hospital and progressive is not good. Find A Grave gives me something to focus on to help pass the time.

RE: Oak Hill at Eldred
I would like the database to be as accurate as possible and have all information that is known. It may take awhile for me to respond but I do some of this at the hospital while my Mom is sleeping. If corrections are complicated, I will transfer them.
