Nora Spain memorial
Thanks for your suggestion. I will add that information. Katheryn Opal Love was my grandmother. I just haven't gotten around to checking, adding to and linking all the memorials. I greatly appreciate your information. My house burned I. February and I still don't know if my genealogical records survived.

You sent me some edits for William D. Ragsdale. Would you like me to transfer his memorial to your care? I am not related and entered his memorial as part of a group transcription project.

Side note; I spent a few years, prior to his death, in communication with Harold's cousin Grover L. Bozarth. Grover was into ancestry and did a lot of research. He helped me out so much when I first got started, in the late 90's.

Johanna Hartung
Just in case you were curious, I'm related through their daughter Mary, who married into my Bozarth family. And in my database, 1 of the 3 children who died was born after their marriage in 1892, died before the 1900 census. The other two were born after the 1900 census & died before the 1910 census. (I went into my family list after my last message to you and looked). I also have Harold in my family list. Son of Mazie & Louis. But no info on his descendents. So...I would loooove to pick your brain on him. And his siblings; Judith & Kurt. :)

The three children of Johanna & Theodore that died is information I gained from the 1910 census. It stated, in the section "Children born": 6, and in the section "children living": 3. So, sometime after they married, but prior to the census being taken in 1910, Johanna had three children who had passed away. As they were married in the early 1890's, that means the children who passed away would have had to have been under 18. Checking the 1900 census would also verify this information, as the 1900 & 1910 census' were the only ones that asked for number of children born & number living. That would tell how many of those three were born and died between the date of their marriage & 1900, and how many were born & died between the 1900 census and the 1910 census. Unfortunately, I looked this up a long time ago on ancestry.com census, so I don't have the records in front of me. But, that's where I got the info on them having had 3 children who died.
