There are 3 headstone photos. Would you please delete the one you posted on memorial # 68549348. This is my husband's brother and I would love to add a personal pic of him with his family. Thanks so much for honoring my request.

My, yes! this was very helpful. While I have mostly been getting started with research on, you were able to locate several bits of information I wasn't able to location. Skip, i greatly appreciate your assistance. You're truly a blessing. Have a wonderful weekend! This Jan (John) Kneblik would be my 2nd great grand father. If i'm able to confirm this connection and immigration records, I might be able to source us back to this town within the Czech Republic. Very exciting, thanks again!

RE: Emanuel Mores
You're welcomed, Skip...the Moreses are actually in a lovely, shady area so visiting them was a nice relief from the SW sunshine...glad to have been able to visit them for you!

Hello Skip,

It is very kind of you to respond. I appreciate the translation, which confirms my uneducated guess! So, thank you!

If you ever found it convenient to take a closer shot of the tomb foundation, which appears to have additional text it would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if this would help in further search. Thank you kindly. As for other graves, I believe another picture (also taken by you) of Rozina Kneblik may be a relative (possibly a spouse of Jan Kneblik). Do you remember if they are close in proximity to one another? Any other markers with this surname would be helpful.

Best Regards,

Jan Kneblik photo

I found your photo extremely helpful which I believe is my great great grandfather Jan Kneblik (Jan being John in Czech). The image number is: 005145399

I think at a closer look you'll notice that the birth year is actually 1844 not 1814.

Also, if you have any other photos of this tomb stone, it would be greatly appreciated as I would like to continue translating the bottom portion of this marker, but I am not able to read it from the photo. Thank you.

Is buried next to her grandson Raymond. I have no
idea why his stone says "Syn" (son) and hers "Matka"
(mother) when she is his grandmother, the mother
of his dad (Raymond). Is there anyway you can annotate the entry to reflect this? She is my
maternal great grandmother.
