Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family's genealogy since about 2004 off and on, and in 2008 began really working on it, with the death of my husband's grandfather.

I don't have internet access at home, and don't get to get online very often. Please have patience when contacting me.

I am currently researching the surnames: Ziebart, Remele, Armstrong, Estes, Blackford, Schreck, Old, Brown, Randall, Gordon, Donovan, and Taulbee.

I would be willing to do legwork researching for others for the cost of copies, postage, and gas, around Joplin, Missouri. Any pictures would be free, as long as I give them to you by email.

If you see anything that I have posted that needs changed, let me know and I'd be glad to correct it. I would be glad to surrender ownership of a memorial page to a relative as well.

Old Family
Hi Dawn! Thanks for your effort to document the Old family. I am descended from the related Clendening family of Ireland and Indiana.

You've probably been able to follow the Old family line back to John Old & Mary Ann Clendening of Miami County, IN. Until recently, I believed Mary Ann to be a sibling to my ggg grandfather, Robert W. Clendening (1810-1891). More recent research has opened up the possibility that Robert and Mary Ann were cousins, emigrating to Canada, and eventually Indiana, as part of a group.

There are several Old family members in Siria Cemetery, and that is also supposed to be the resting place of John Clendening, Robert's brother. I have a transcription of a newspaper article detailing John's drowning in Woodson County, and his identification (in part) by JH Old, in 1886.

Thanks again, and good luck in your efforts!

Nettie is my great grandmothrs sister. I would like to link her to her parents and to her husband. Would you mind doing this for me since I can't. Here is the information:

Father - Mike Schell #73931080

Also, her pertinent information is:

I have posted a photo of Clarence & Luriel Mathews stone and the birth and death dates are quite clear. You might want to add them to the memorial pages. Thanks.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD ANTHONY AND CLARINDA TO THE MEMORIAL OF GEORGE?

IF SO THE NUMBER FOR ANTHONY IS 13399575.
CLARINDA'S NUMBER IS 13399579.

YOU WILL HAVE TO DO BECAUSE YOU ENTERED GEORGE.

HOW IS EVERYTHING THESE DAYS???

LET ME KNOW.

VANGIE
P.S. I AM GETTING A TRANSFER FOR DAVID IN FT. SMITH. WHEN IT COMES IN I WILL LET YOU KNOW.

I WOULD LIKE TO LINK ALL OF THE CHILDREN OF ANTHONY AND CLARINDA WITH THE PARENTS.

YOU COULD DO THE SAME FOR FLOENCE VAUGHN. I DON'T HAVE HER NUMBER.

Possibly, but I have blown up this picture of the stone for Thelma and Elma and I can't imagine where someone got a "Z" on Elma... there is not room on this stone for a "Z". I'll go look for you...

Hey, Dawn!

Somebody had entered a memorial for ZELMA who was born and died with Thelma and Elma! I am going to go look and if I find it, that means your great grandma had triplets who died.. sad and kind of unusual then, huh?
