I started researcing my family history in 2007 thanks to my cousin Kimberly Curtis Campbell who had researched or family tree back to the 1600's. I wanted to help her by picking up the parts of the family that now live in MD.|
As a way of helping everytime I go to the cemetery's I take my camera, people think that I am crazy and I just might be. My husband and I enjoy walking through the older cemeteries reading the stones and taking just the right picture. Thank heaven for digital cameras since I always take more then 1 picture of each stone to make sure I have the picture just right.
So now I want to help others. I am going to start adding names from my local newspaper. I know how time consuming this process can be. Since I do not know most of the people that I will be adding I will be more then happy to transferr ownership of any memorials that are NOT related to me to a family member.
I hope you enjoy learning about your family history as much as I have enjoyed learning about mine.
Please let me know if I have made any mistakes on any of the memorials that I have entered.

Linda, I am the great grandson of one of the peoples headstone that you documented. Great work, you are inspiring me to do the same.
|Christine Johnson||Adams Family|
I am one of two children of Debra Jo(Debbie). I am also doing the family tree. Have info that you might need. I am on Facebook, under Christine Johnson. I also have another site for my dad (Robert Becker) under Custom Radio Controlled Boats on facebook.
The maiden name of Mildred Bowers is Kress not Fowler. All other info is incorrect also except the Spouse. She was the child of Leonard and Martha Keefer Kress.

|Betty Knoche||Sunrise Cemetery|
Wondered if Sunrise is the 'proper' name for the cemetery that I understand to be the United Brethern Cemetery. Are they one and the same?
|Becky Ramsey||Findagrave Photos|
Linda, thank you for all your contributions to the Findagrave website. I would like permission to use your photographs of my relatives' grave sites in my Family Tree files. I use the photos as source media and will gladly give you credit for your work. Becky

I sent message about duplicate Memorials for Merle G. BARNES and said that yours had the wrong cemetery listed. That was a mistake, I meant it to go to the other creator.

|MaLisa Fender Rembowski||Re: Kasmire Rembowski|
Hi, you have three pages for Kasmire Rembowski all for the same cemetery. One has a photo from which I requested edits but the others don't have any info if you want to delete them.
|Carrie Karbley||Nicholas Baker # 75960369|
Hello Linda, Please disregard my request for an edit that I just sent for dates for Nicholas Baker as I found his transcripts of his grave stone in Sch Co. Archives Vol 11 Rice & Dellock. They have some of the dates right but the months are listed b. Aug 16? 1821 d, Aug 23, 1904. If you look at the stone the month born appears to be June and corresponds with his 1900 census, I think it is a 15, hard to say unless I see it in person. The month died looks like July not Aug. Carrie C.
|Carmelita&Maryn||Grace V Walter Yox|
I always get curious when I see a cemetery with only one internment. So I checked.
Regarding your memorial for Grace, I believe you have create a 'wrong' cemetery, placing it in Anne Arundel County. The obituary says the cemetery is in Arcadia.
St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, while it has the mailing address of 15801 Trenton Road, Upperco, it is actually in Arcadia, as is their cemetery. See online for their newsletter which will give you the phone number for the cemetery.
The cemetery for your Find A Grave memorial should be (as listed here in Find A Grave) Saint Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Hanover Pike and Dover Road, Upperco, Baltimore, Maryland.
