I live in Craig's Irish Settlement, the oldest settlement, church, and cemetery in Northampton County, PA. The pre-Revolutionary War cemetery was abandoned, so I started a restoration project with the help of the community. We are in our 7th year. |
Using church records, books, and professional tracing paper, we have identified the names on every tombstone. We now have a list of people by rows. We also created a currant list of names by alphabet. We formed the Horner's Cemetery Historical Society.
If you have family here at Horner's Cemetery and/or would like a tour, please contact us. We would love to talk with you.

|Ellen||RE: Your request|
Thanks, Peggy, for responding.
I am working on trying to get it resolved.
Apparently Sarah Keiter had a son Erwin out of wedlock before she married Schulthies, and the father was named as Joseph Biery. It is believed it was THIS Joseph Biery. Erwin was born just about the time Joseph K Biery was marrying Sarah Louise Barthol. Ah, well, I just want to get it straightened out so that the relatives I am working with can get their lineage properly represented.

Thank you so much for working on the Presybterian Cemetery! Thank you for posting a memorial for my 6th great grandfather Michael Clyde. I believe other members of the family, including some Hudders are also buried there.
I used your information with link in a short piece I did for St Patrick's Day on my blog. The URL is http://wp.me/p1KdEb-hO.
Thank you again for all of your hard work.
Sincerely Julia McCartney Hogston
John Hays is my fifth great grandfather. I just want to thank you for posting this on Find a Grave. I never thought I would see my fifth great grandfather's grave. If you have any information on John's son, William (1725-1795 in Washington Co., Pa)or William's son John (20 Mar 1760-1825 in Warren Co., Ohio). Both men were Rev. War patriots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks
