I have been working on family research for many years, and I've visited cemeteries looking for my family and my husband's family. I have posted all the related graves and photos and added them to virtual cemeteries. The vast majority of memorials I've added are for people not related to either of us. |
I enjoy photographing and documenting cemeteries, and I hope some of the memorials I add will help others with their family research.
Over the past few years, I have worked on documenting cemeteries in Dakota County, Minnesota, as well as adding photos to existing memorials.
I am also working on adding memorials for all the cemeteries and graves listed in 'Footprints in Time Tombstone Inscriptions in Tate County, Mississippi'. This book contains information for a lot of abandoned cemeteries, so I hope it will help someone looking for information on an ancestor.
If you have corrections for any of the memorials I've added, please use the Edit button on the memorial to submit your information. If you have questions, feel free to send me an email or leave a message.

Deborah, thank you for searching for the grave of Mary Brewer in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. I'm sorry your searching was in vain but I really do appreciate your trying.

Find A Grave Memorial# 75485593
Hello, my name is Nita and the Luedke's in this cemetery are my family. You are showing Jennifer Luedke death as 1973 but that is her birth... Can you tell me if her parents Marvin Erwin Luedke and Rosemary Flodeen Luedke are living. The birth dates are listed on headstone. The photo also list some names and I think they are their children. Can you help we with any information regarding death dates or is it just a plot for when they die?
Thank you for your help,
|James Odland||Emily Betzold (#75528588)|
I see you have pictures of grave stones on Emily Betzold' memorial page.
Emily' Husband Carl Betzold, (#126501801), has yet to have pictures added to his memorial page.
Would you please add your photos onto his memorial as you did with Emily'?

Take care, Amy B.
|Deb Merrick||Florence Zehnder (Hamilton)|
Thank you so much - you made my day transferring Florence to me. I was totally pleased just to have all of them linked, but this is icing on the cake as they say. May God bless you for your volunteering spirit and heart. Genie hugs, Deb #47140658

I want to send you a note to tell you THANK YOU for adding the grave for Florence Mildred Zehnder in April 2014! I have been hoping (and praying) that "someone" would add her grave because she was the only one of Annie & Andrew Hamilton's children (or the only sibling of my grandfather Robert Thomas Hamilton) that I did not have located, added and linked on F.A.G. So I want to send a special BIG THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I put through some edits (today) and links (today) and am very, very pleased that I was able to do so. Deb #47140658 (PS. Are you related to them - if so, we may be cousins!)
|Beth Ullman||RE: Anne McCombs Gayden|
Excellent point! As I find that any Jouvenat now in the US is a cousin -- the family having come here in 1849 and 1850. The graves from the late 1800s are all my director ancestors, aunts and uncles. We may fidn the same is true of the last name Gayden (sometimes spelled Gaydon in very early records) -- it's quite uncommon. I'll let you know if I find anything!
|Beth Ullman||Anne McCombs Gayden|
From your name and that on the grave above, I have to think she is one you are related to. Do you know if Anne is also part of the Gayden family from Mississippi and Arkansas that includes Jefferson Emanuel Gayden (1809-1870), married to Louisa Brisco (1815-1870)? They are ancestors of mine and I'm looking for more recent Gayden family members (Older ones I have back to 1618). I'd love to compare notes with you if they are in the same family.
