Bio Photo The only Memorials that are currently UNAVAILABLE FOR TRANSFER are for those persons resting in BURR OAK CEMETERY, Burr Oak, Winneshiek County, Iowa. In addition to Find-A-Grave, I am also long time transcriber & photographer for the USGenweb and CA Tombstone project. PLEASE feel free to contact me with your transcription and photograph requests any time.

!!!!~~~ PLEASE include the Cemetery, Individual's Full Name, Memorial Number and your own Contributor Number, in ALL emailed requests unless you're submitting request through F-A-G's suggestion link. !!!!~~~

***I am a tax accountant by trade and rarely have opportunity to make corrections or transfers during January-April. Please be patient as your requests are important to me.***

My goal in being a contributor is sincere and quite simple... To offer another the same comfort I have received in viewing postings of my own family members, as well as, to reward future generations with historical preservation and recordkeeping. If at any time you have question, concern or find an inaccuracy in a memorial, please holler.

James & Emma Brown Requests
You requested photos of the gravestones for James & Emma Brown. I found obituaries for both that indicate they are buried at Grove Lake Cemetery in Pope Co. and not in Glenwood Lutheran Cemetery of Pope Co. I tried to email you regarding this with the articles but the email would not go through. Email me, and I will try again.

My Elizabeth Wolf GG grandmother.

Would you please transfer my GG grandmother, Elizabeth Wolf to me? She is in the Frankville Cemetery in Frankville, Winneshiek, Iowa. Her Find A Grave memoral # is 21299097. My name is Michele Howard and my Find A Grave 47856639. I am having problems finding her maiden name. Do you know if this cemetery has any records.

Thanks for your help,
Michele Howard

Kneeskern Family Bio
Hello Karen,

I am writing a second time to ask that the Bio of the Kneeskern family, that was posted by David Decou be corrected or removed so it could be corrected. The story of the Kneeskern Family written by Hiram Wilson has many errors. #1 The Kneeskern family is of German decent, not Dutch. #2 Aaron Kneeskern did not serve in the Civil War. The first husband of Eliza Walker Kneeskern's did. He was William H Walker.

Would it be possible for you to let me to manage the Kneeskern sites. I am of the Kneeskern Family.

Oh.... Find A Grave Memorial# 21287136

Alice Nellie Demaray Hudson
Hi! in the subject line above, I changed the spelling of my grandmother's maiden name to Demaray. She is a descendant with a genealogical number in the Demaray family volumes. Also, she was born in Elliota, Fillmore County, Minnesota, not Canton. The town of Elliota existed among the very first villages. I can take over my grandmother's Find A Grave Memorial if you like. She had nine children altogether. I can include her obituary, etc. I appreciate your getting Grandma into Find A Grave.

Betsy Ann Heath-Decker
I believe Betsy to be the mother of my Gt.,Gt. Grandfather, Chauncey Bently Heath. Who is burred at the Burr Oak Cemetery. I'm hoping Betsy's parents were Isaac & Roxiene Heath. As I've not located Chauncy's father and suspected he was a rape or love child.

If you get any information of this family, I'd love to find out.

I have a picture of Chauncy in his uniform but nothing on the Decker's. And I have lots of information on Chauncy's from the National Archives.

I'd appreciate e-mailig with you.

Halvor Iverson Pasop 1830 - 1895
Hello! I wonder what your source is for the birth date and location for Halvor Iverson Pasop here:

He is my great great grandfather and I have his birth cert. and it says his birthdate is 8 Jul, 1830. Your find a grave site for him is the only other reference I've seen, so I wonder how you came about it?
