Hi, I see that you have submitted a name change for Frank N W Burton. Are you related to this family? I have been researching this Williams/Burton family and have found it very interesting. I am trying to link all the families together. I am curious to know and wonder if you know why Frank came to live in Tennessee after his grandfather John Williams willed the Montpelier Plantation Estate to him after the death of his wife, Agnes?
Were there actually two of Robert and Agatha's children named John Williams Burton... one born in 1776 and the other born in 1798? ... I would also like to know your lineage if you would share it with me.
Thanks for any information you can give me about this family...

I just saw the death Cert. for William of 9/5/1960
Do you live in Wash. State. If not, they have a excellent web site & you can order a death cert. or a obit. Either one should give you the place of burial. If I were you I would make a memorial on Find A Grave & fill in the cemetery place at a later date, once you have confirmed one.

I have located Anna's mothers obit (you may already have a copy). it says Amelia (mother) was survived by her children of which Mrs Lawson Smith of New Deal, Mt.(that was in 1939. She was still living in the same place in Mt in 1940, but was deceased in 1966 when her brother Alber died.

Got your info on the Trent Family and its all updated:)
Am I reading Isaac's correctly: it seems there should be a different or additional spouse named Nancy Alice Joy?
Just curious :)

Sorry, I have no other information. My connection to this family is thru the Powers Family.
Hello, I'm sorry I don't have any other information. I would suggest getting in touch with the Clinton Library. It is on-line. This is in Vermillion County, Indiana. Phone # 765-832-8349. They have the obits and may have additional information that could help you. I would start with that, then where he died, if it was Vermillion County, you can get the death certificate from the court house in Newport, Indiana- Vermillion County.
I am recording all the tombstone/markers in Riverside cemetery and posting on Find A Grave so there is information for those looking.
