We had been visiting cemeteries for almost 50 years.
We were mainly interested in interesting names and epitaphs.
If you would like for us to add, revise, or delete any information, feel free to contact us, and, please tell us where you live.
Just put "Find A Grave" in the subject line.
We will be happy to transfer any memorial.
I am now the Ex County Keeper for Boone and Montgomery County, Indiana.

Please delete his Find A Grave entry as my Aunt Nettie is actually buried in Mount Hope Cemetery Covington under the name of Briles. Thank you

|Mary||Finley Chapel gravestone|
In1996 I visited this cemetery in Montgomery County Indiana, and found the stone for my gr-grandfather, Frederick Howard, broken and leaning against another stone, for his daughter, Mary Ann Howard. Both were badly eroded and covered with lichen and I was not able to get a photograph of Frederick's stone. Now I see that Mary Ann's stone has been nicely cleaned up (thank you!), but I do not see a record of Frederick's stone being there at all. Was it overlooked, or was it perhaps taken away by someone?

Thank you for linking this memorial and for making the edits.
|Kathryn J McCloud||Autumn Leona Peterman|
Thank you so much for linking this memorial to those of her family, and for making the edits to the memorial.
|Michael Moore||Children of Harvey Tinsley & Elizabeth Dunn|
Just an apology for submitting two edits within 24 hours for these people. Harvey Tinsley married twice, first to Elizabeth Dunn and later to Harriett McKee.
His children were all the issue of Elizabeth Dunn, I didn't find the marriage records for Harvey & Elizabeth until earlier today.
I have switched the mother of all the kids over to Elizabeth Dunn. I have solid documentation for this in the form of the death certificates for all the children, on which Elizabeth Dunn is listed as the mother.

Thank you for responding. I appreciate that you took the time. I will have to try to figure out how to get the cemetery name off his page which will be a challenge since I didn't make it and the people who did 'aren't there' anymore. Thanks again! I have created a new page for the correct Isaac and your photo is there.
|jamie johnson-hunter||#934870 LUNSFORD, Isaac|
I see that you have submitted a photo of a stone for Isaac LUNSFORD to my gggg grandfather's memorial page. Unfortunately, the Isaac who is buried in the National Cemetery was listed as 23y when he died. My gggg grandfather was well past 23 when he died in Jackson Co, KY at the age of c60 years. I would be happy to work with you to find out who the correct Isaac is exactly. I believe he is the elder Isaac's son, Isaac born 1839. If you do more research on the Isaac in the National Cem. you will find his wife is Winnie (Maupin) and she collected his pension. So...I am asking you to please take down the photo and see if the younger Isaac needs it on his memorial page. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Thank you very much,
