Just wondering "Where did my family come from?" is very dangerous. Genealogy has become a passion for me. Allen, Heacox, Kelley, Kirk, Martin, Meadows, Mohr, Spurlin, and Stewart are family names that are very close to my heart. My husband & I have been married for 26 years, we have 3 great children, and are faithful to our local church.|

Hi Eula, thanks for the photo you took of Stella Ashcraft's headstone. Appreciate it every much.
Let me know if your Meadows came from Kentucky.
Thanks Eula, I bet Jon Rice would put the pic of the marker on his site if you send him a note. I appreciate all you do and may pop in for a visit when I am down that way.
My dad is Robert Stewart (step-mother, Loda) They live at Bogle Corner. His grandparents were Charles (got killed by a mace at the blind tiger in Dugger in 1906) and Cora Starkey. Are we related? geraldine

I believe that Jessie may or may not have been added to the stone with death date. But the obit shows there. So many times I have found when people remarry and are buried with their first spouse the date seems not to get added. Even Begerman is not the actual name, our Great Grandmother Melissa Jane Bedwell Begeman Bradfield Vest started using it after Her Husband Fred Begeman died in Missouri.
