I have worked on several trees since 2004. I really appreciate all the information I find from others and just wanted to 'play it forward.' Please don't hesitate to suggest corrections, changes or additions! I will gladly transfer any memorials as well ..I would love to have ALL of them claimed by their families!|
March 2014, When I am reviewing a cemetery for MY duplicates, updates or errors, if I find other duplicates I send a message to the most recently entered memorial. I know we all try hard to not have duplicates but don't be offended when you find that you have one. It is just trying to make the system better.
I believe that the marker is the final word. As an example: if Mr. Smith wanted William Smith on his marker he would have put it there. If he put Billy Smith, I prefer to not change the memorial. I would be happy to add William James Smith in the bio section if such a request is made.

I moved the cemetery complete to Schoolcraft. This should start the corrections.

Thanks, you made my day!
With the info you had added about his parents, it is without any doubt that he is identical to my wife´s "lost" great-grand-uncle, who emigrated from Bollnäs in Hälsningland, Sweden in 1901.
Thank you so much for the find. It is wonderful! I will update what I have and make a page for Thomas.
Thank you, again

|Sally McCollum||RE: Caroline Perry|
Yes, Josiah's marker has on it "husband of Caroline Perry". William, his son is the little marker to the left of the one you posted. I'm not sure where Josiah's first wife is buried.
Nor am I sure of where Caroline's first husband is buried, Henry Thomas Smith.
Caroline is buried by her daughter, Maud M.and husband, Liberty Perry by the Perry family stone. Some others of the family are bried at Calvary too.
I'll check out her info and enter a picture of the markers. I just visited the cemetery again with a family member here from CA. Write again if I can be of help.

Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate your work. Have a good week.
I am currently indexing Death Records for 1914 of which a record for George F R Hurley appears...it states that he is the son of Samuel H and Mini Locker???....he was born in 1836, NJ and died 1914 in VA.....this d/c also lists that he is interred in Clarksbury Cemetery. The informant was: A R Hurley.
I did not see him listed with the Hurley's do you know of this gentleman...if so would you add him to the cemetery....
|Lorrie||RE: John Pearson|
Hi, I found the clipping while doing research for a Pearson in my family history. You mentioned you found a death certificate for John. May I ask where you found it as I am looking for one for Ida Pearson who died May 17, 1936? I have one for her husband, but the website I found only goes to 1920. Glad I could be of help to you regarding John and his wife.

William Charles and Harold Colborne are brothers there's no assumed about it I am William Colborne's granddaughter and the great-niece of Charles and Harold I knew Harold and William well but Charles died before I was born he was definitely the oldest brother in the family and died of appendicitis
|Rosemary D||RE: Jack Jurkovich|
Thsnks for the info. My GGF Wm. Joseph (Arman) Jerkovich is not listed on the Fernwood Index, But I was told he is there by family. Is it possible its not listed?
The reason I thought Jack was a priest is that I have't seen any evidence of family. But then I just started looking. Thanks for everything. Rosemary
|Rosemary D||Jack Jurkovich|
Jack Jurkovitch is my Grand Uncle. The tombstone reads Father Jack, Do you know was he a priest ?Im pretty sure that his father William Joseph Jurkovitch (different spellings) was buried in Fernwood, but do not see his name or any variation. He was born 1828/32 died July 28, 1920. He died in Gladstone Michigan. Any info would be helpful. Thank you Rosemary #48044487
