Retired military and living near Antietam battlefield.
If I have added a relative or good friend, I am more than happy to transfer memorials.
If you are contributing photos to any memorials I have added to Findagrave, please put on good QUALITY photos, not badly cropped or off center ones I have seen WAAAYYYY too often!
REMEMBER, these sites are in memory of someones' ancestors. If you place a photo on a memorial, make it good enough that you would be happy with it on your own.
PLEASE DON'T "TRASH UP" MEMORIALS I CREATED WITH POORLY SHOT PHOTOS!
APPARENTLY SOME OF THE CRYBABIES DON'T LIKE ME PLACING MUCH BETTER PHOTOS ON MEMORIALS. IF SOME PEOPLE CAN'T DO BETTER, THEY SHOULD TAKE A HAMMER TO THEIR CAMERAS.
If I have added a family member, I am happy to transfer memorials. I am not bothered by F.A.G. guidelines in transfers. I am concerned about getting family members "back together." I DO transfer distant relatives since they SHOULD be with family.
I am also happy to transfer memorials of close friends as well as family.

I was wondering if you would kindly consider transferring my great-grandmother to me? I did add pictures of her to her F-A-G site. I was glad to see that she had a nicer gravestone than the one old picture that I had.
Are you aware of any Freemans buried in the area? I have some rather old pictures of a few folks that I am sure are Freemans by the location of the photographer who took the pictures. I would love to be able to ID these pictures.
