I love doing genealogy,love going to cemeteries, searching, and taking pictures for others. I have worked on my own family genealogy since the 1970s.|
Please submit EDITS to name, birth/death dates, birth/death place, relationship links to parents/spouse, plot location and/or marker transcription through specific links available under the Edit feature. Only other changes should be submitted using The "Suggest any other correction or addition"
TRANSFER requests for the most part will be made within the Findagrave guidelines, for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Please request transfers via the "Suggest a Correction" link under the "Edit" tab on the memorial in question with your request to have the memorial transferred to you - please include your relationship. I will consider all transfer requests and some may be granted outside the guidelines.
Don't hesitate to use the PHOTOS. However, please, do not copy my photos to ancestry.com or other sites without giving me credit. Simply indicate: Mountain Traveler 2006-2015 @ Find A Grave. I just think this is a courtesy to the time and effort taken to obtain the photos.
Please DON'T DUPLICATE memorials in Cemeteries and do NOT make duplicate cemeteries. Check all name possibilities and spellings before adding a new name.

|Brenda Mathes||Curious about the information you had on Georgia.|
Georgia was my Great-grandmother. She married Winfield Scott Gray and is buried at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Greene County TN. Do you live in the area or are you related to Georgia Ellen Burgner Gray?
Thanks you for all the research and posting you do.
RE: Georgia Ellen Burgner Gray
I know she will. She wrote me a note this morning and I told her about it.
It is a copyright issue. I am just glad you were understanding.

RE: Georgia Ellen Burgner Gray
I see that now...that Georgia was on her husband's stone. I guess I was depending on Sue Roberts to have gotten that right. I know her well. The problem is...you cannot transfer Sue's photo to Georgia's memorial because it is not your photo. I actually have to ask you to remove it to keep within the Find A Grave guidelines. So you get reprimanded for finding something. That doesn't seem right, but that's the way it is I guess. I can ask Sue Roberts to add the photo then.
I'm sorry. Just following rules. Thank you so very much!

|Pattie Carter - Davis||Thank You|
Thank you so much for making the change for
Margaret Jane Dotson Hice.
|Ken and Nancy||Cutshall|
Thanks for listening about David Cutshall. If you need some info from ancestry let me know. The Cutshall family are a branch of my husbands family and I am just trying to fill some holes.
|Ken and Nancy||David Cutshall, Jr. #71242128|
I am confused with the memorial for David. He is the son of Willis Edmond Cutshall and Mary Matila Hipps. His death certificate shows his name as David Junior Cutshall not David Cutshall, Jr. He was single when he died. Born 05 Jun 1929 and died 21 Feb 1953. You have given him a wife that died before he was born and other relatives that lived in the 1890's. His father's memorial is #71242121 which is also one of yours. His mother's is #105091737 both in Greenelawn Cemetery in Greene, Tenn. His death certificate shows him being buried in Sexton Cemetery and then he also a memorial and headstone in Greenelawn Cemetery with his family(Memorial #105091064). I understand the Cutshall, Cutshaw, Cutshawl is confusing, but I believe this memorial needs some work. Thank You.

You said: "I am going to be absolutely no help at all on this one."
But you were ! You gave me a suggestion and contact information !
And, after all this snow melts, and if I have any progress to report, I will be sure to let you know!
Thank you for responding. It matters.
Regards, Elise Bowen
|Shirley McKnight||Thank You|

Couldn't make out what it said either....looked at original photo and it just isn't readable. I did check the MCGS Cemetery records and it indicates she is the daughter of Hannah Bebout Scott.
