If you find errors or wish me to add additional biographical information to entries I've made, I would be happy to do that. |
Please put CEMETERY CORRECTION in the subject line. In the text of the message, please be sure to tell me in WHICH cemetery your person is buried. I work with several cemeteries, so I do need this clarification.
I have been an avid genealogist since 1966. I enjoy birding, "digging in the dirt" (gardening), music and reading, but above all, I love finding the solution to genealogical problems.
I have received tremendous help from people who have posted information online for me to find. I feel it's time to do some pay-back.
Please feell free to use my photos for your genealogical research.

|Beverly ||RE: 21364171 Wyler Sargent|
Hi Nina. I looked back at that batch of photos and found I had a photo of the daughter Susan as well and beside Susan is the mother Martha E. Looking closely at the photos they appear to be all in a row beside Wyler.
So based on your marriage record which shows that Betsey Dodge was a wife and likely the Betsey D in the other photo, I will go ahead and add her as well so we have the entire family. Thanks for info. Cheers, Beverly

Hi Nina, I happened to be in this cemetery and took a photo of Wyler's grave which I added to your memorial. I wanted to note to you that the stone beside his says wife of but the name is Betsey D. and not either of the two wives you have listed. If you wish to keep Betsey in the photo or add her in a memorial or delete her, feel free to crop the photo. I am not related to this person. Cheers, Beverly

New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page. Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.
|Richard Merriam||RE: transfers from me to you|
My wife & I appreciate the transfer of her family members to me. We may ask for more transfers from her grandfather's side soon.
I'm a native Vermonter who was lucky enough to marry into the Sedgwick, Maine Bridges family! My brother-in-law still lives on the old Bridges homestead that borders with the Sedgwick Rural Cemetery.
Thank you for the work you have done on
|Tim & Grace||Thompson in Centerville Cemetery in Turner|
Nice to see that you are still around.
I can try to send edits to the other memorial for Polly Dillingham to link that memorial to her parents, and also thereby to her siblings. Then I can try to get the two children that are linked to her, linked to the other memorial.
Once that is done I can delete her extra memorial.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

|Tim & Grace||Updates and family links|
I am hoping to make some updates and family links to Polly Dillingham, wife of Hannibal Thompson, in Centerville Cemetery in Turner, Maine.
I sent an [Edit} suggestion from the memorial to request a temporary transfer. It has only been a day, but I noticed that the request for the McFarland links was made two weeks ago and they are still unlinked.
I haven't looked at ALL of your postings, but I don't see anything more recent than 2007. Hopefully you are still creating memorials for findagrave, instead of having a memorial created for you. In the past few months I have been assisted by family members of a couple of findagrave contributors who have passed on.
I hope you receive this message.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper
