|Sharon Travis||Thank you!|
Thank you so much for giving me the link to the WAS State Archives. You're correct -- the site *is* a gem, and incredibly helpful. As are you! Thanks so much again!

Thanks so much for pointing that out. I am in the process of updating a bunch of records from a family history book and I am just getting to this section of the family. I made the spelling correction and updated her date of birth / death with what I have on record. I also added her place of death.
Now I have a question for you. The person who created the Find A Grave memorial has her as being born in Canada. My records show she was born in Long Prairie, Todd County, MN, USA. Do you have any record as to where she was born?
|Sharon Travis||Enid Bushnell|
Dear Ann, Thank you SO MUCH for transferring Enid to me. It's a joy to see her now linked up with her loving family. Thanks also for posting her death certificate -- I had never seen that before. Maybe it is buried in our families geneological records -- or maybe not? In any event, I am glad to see it. My grandmother Blanche & great-aunt Agnes always talked about how devastating Enid's death (at age 1 year) was to my great-grandmother Lucy. Thanks again!

Well, it was worth a try. Thanks so much for responding. I do appreciate that. I do know that Ira and his brother James did live with my Samuel King for a time. That was in 1860. And Samuel named his son born that year, Ira. Just a bit of trivia. lol Have a great day!!

But it may be that you are only researching the Cantonwines and not the King's? I may have contacted you on this before. My memory can be awful sometimes.

Ann, please forgive me if I have asked you this before? I am trying to figure out the relationship of Ira and his brother James Baldwin to my GGG Grandfather Samuel King. I am suspecting that Dorcas (King) Baldwin was his sister, but I have no proof. Have I talked to you about this in the past? I won't go into detail until I hear from you. I have specific clues about them. Thanks!
