I'm going to assume Mary Hawkins Leffler is not buried in the Englewood cemetery. The stone and record seems to be for Mary Kennedy Leffler (see memorial #40191558). Maybe Mary Hawkins Leffler's death certificate in Oklahoma would show place of burial.

I am not closely related to her but people in my family saw the picture and they think I favor her some in the way I use to look. Its strange how that happens.
