Haddis Jayne / South Eaton Cemetery
Hello Carol,

You have a photo request from 2009 for a "Haddis Jayne" in the South Eaton Cemetery, memorial# 34938697. Is it possible that this person's name was "H. Adis B. Jayne"?

I found and photographed such a stone and it is just to the right of Stanley Jayne. (memorial# 34938704) Unfortunately, the remainder of the stone is unreadable so there is no other corroborating information to go on.

Please let me know if this is the person you are seeking.

Best regards,
Scott

Hi,

I will be going out to Mt Olivet again to get a good photo of the family plot. Unfortunately, when I was there this morning the shadows were horrible.

Kristen Murphy photo request
Hi Carol - Any chance you are actually looking for Kirsten (not Kristen) Murphy who died in May 2003 (not June 2003)? I like to do some research before claiming a photo request, and I can't find anything on Kristen Murphy d. June 2003. However, can find info on a Kirsten Murphy. -Amy

RE: COUSIN
Thank you for providing this information about Fred and Mary Freiberg. I have Mary in my records as May, did she use May as a nickname? When I created that part of my family tree Fred and Mary did not exist on Find a Grave. (Record was created in 2012) I knew they lived in New York but had little else on them. I can now add many names to my family tree.

If you have a family tree and need to fill in some blanks about the Freiders / Fredres family below are some references on Find A Grave. To avoid confusion the surnames Freiders and Fredres were being used interchangeably back in the 1800's and early 1900's. My grandmother always claimed it was because part of the family went Protestant and wanted to separate from the Catholics. Good a story as any since it's a little hard to check now.

Mary's (May) father was Philip Freiders Find A Grave#25347817

Mary had 4 siblings that I know of:

Berton Fredres (my great grandfather) Find A Grave# 71065486
Anna Fredres Gasper Find A Grave#67923290
Lena Fredres Franks Find A Grave#127143040
Kate Freiders Demuth, husband Nicholas, no further info.

If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.
