Bio Photo PLEASE - send corrections through the edit tab and suggest a correction. You can now send LINKS this way.
Due to my work schedule, I process edits on the weekend.

FindAGrave has grown over the past 15 years. In the beginning there was no linking or transfers. Photo size was very small and the primary purpose of the site was finding the final disposition of the person. So when you are looking at old memorials, please keep these things in mind.

nov 6 seminar

My husband, Bob, and I recently gave a presentation at the Hunterdon County Library about the cemeteries of the county for the Tricentennial. Included in this event is a county-wide “scavenger hunt” where participants will return on Nov 6 and collect prizes for their participation at the Main Branch Library. We wanted to make that return lecture an informal meet and greet where anyone interested in getting involved, whether it be in cemetery restoration, work at the Historical Society with cemetery records, working in support of specific cemeteries, or with findagrave. Whatever it may be, and offering a way for like minded cemetery folks to network, share resources, advice, and the like. I am extending an invitation, hoping you are available and would like to come out and share you own expertise with the group. It’s, November 6, 7-9 PM at the Hunterdon County Main Branch Library. If you can make it let me know, thanks.

RE: Harry Padgett
Dear Kat,
Thank you so much for going back to the cemetery and photographing my grandfather, Harry Padgett's, marker, and his wife Vicki. I tried contacting the church to request some shrub maintenance and still have not heard back. I need to be more proactive and will start calling again. Your photographs may be helpful. I'd like to ask permission to use your photos on my tree. Thank you again! Sarah
