|Jean Pinick||Re:son & Elizabeth Daugherty|
These two are in the Beaver Union Cemetery and would love to use the tombstone on my tree in ancestry if it is OK with you. Jean
|Rolaine Baisden||Van Everett Johnson|
Van Everett was married to my grandmothers sister---she was Elizabeth Bobst--she was the daughter of Henry and Susan Frick Bobst. They had three sons. What you are showing as spouse is in fact his mother. If you want any more data on this family, I would be happy to share.

|Tyler McNeal||John Clarence McNeal|
My name is Tyler McNeal. John C. McNeal was my Great Grandfather. His son Patrick is my grandfather and is son James is my father. I just wanted to thank you for posting all of the pictures of the family! I am doing some digging of my own and finding out a lot about the Boggs and the McNeals. (Or Mcneil as I am finding out!)
Thank you again for all of the work you have put into this. hopefully I will have some to contribute within the next couple of weeks as I build the family tree!
|Linda Meredith||RE: Jessie J. Gantz|
You are welcome,and it sounds like you got to enjoy your parents and g-grandparents too.
|Linda Meredith||Jessie J. Gantz|
I do Find A Grave in the Woodland Cemetery a lot and I was trying to figure out an old stone that was hard to read. And while I was looking for names I ran across Jessie J. Gantz #18005 The information in the book is he was born in Greenup County Kentucky May 21 1892 and died in Lloyd Kentucky March 15 1965. And he was in section D lot 112. And a note also says moved to Greenup Kentucky April 21. So when I googled his name and dates your memorial came up. Also in the births for Lawrence County Ohio there is one for Malinda McKee born December 25, 1894 in Burlington Ohio to John B. McKee and Nancy J. Adams. There are from 5 to 7 children born to John and Nancy Jane Jennie Adams McKee. Two of the births had her maiden name different so I do not know if they were their children and a mistake was made. Hope this might help some.
|Gail Bates||Lemaster lineage|
I am a decendent of the Lemaster family. Is Ethel Lemaster's maiden name castle? And was she married to William Arby Lemaster? My grandfather was Dewey Lemaster, which passed away when I was only 4. I do not know much of his family, except he had whole & half siblings. The father to all children is William Arby Lemaster, but from what I can gather, he was married twice... to a Laura Grim & Ethel Castle. Was wondering if this is the same person? If it is, I would like to visit her cemetery! It is not too far from where I live!
Thanks so much!
|Janneane Veger||RE: Sophia Holdeman|
I am about an hour from Nappanee, so I'll have to head over there some time soon. Thanks for the info! I have been to the history/genealogy center at Preble Co, OH, to research Jacob Holdeman's ancestry. There is a lot of material there, but not much I didn't already know about Jacob.
|Janneane Veger||RE: Sophia Holdeman|
I am descended from Sophia through her son Eli. His daughter Alice m. Madison Hursey and had a daughter Mary Charlotte. "Lottie" Hursey m. Floyd Launer and had daughter Mary Charlotte, who went by Mary. Mary married John Hiatt and had twins William L. and (ready for this?) Mary Charlotte, who is called Charlotte. Charlotte married Daniel Smith, and I am a result.
Does your friend have any information about Sophia? My knowledge of that line stops with Sophia's father Christopher, and I'm not even sure of his surname - Montel, Mantle? My grandma was told Sophia was related to the Queen of England, but I cannot prove it. I would LOVE additional info!
