They are two different markers, hers was in place as she preceded him in death. They usually replace the marker if the veteran is the last to pass. The photos I added are the ones you would see at the present time. Her marker is on the back of his, so in reality it is one marker with engraving on both sides.

The Luther Roshong you mentioned is the correct one. He lived most of his life in Colorado. All of the siblings were born in Canton. Viola and Clyde died very young and assume they are buried in Canton as that is where John and Salome lived at the time. I have no record of where Viola and Clyde are buried. When I get a chance, I will try to re-locate Hazel's marker and get you a picture.
