Susan Boyett
George W Martin and descendents
Hello my name is Susan Newton Boyett... I believe that we may have corresponded earlier.
George W Martin and wife (Hester) Hettie are my great grandparents. I never met them and am very curious in learning as much about them as possible.
I am looking for photos of the gravesites of their children whom I believe may be buried in the Winston Cemetery. Possible children;
George Martin 1905-
August Martin 1913-
Also believed to be buried here are Hester Martin's mother:
Mary B Terry Winston 1849-1926
Her father: William Overton Winston 1849-1890

If possible I would like to request a photo of their headstones...
I am aware that the cemetery is on private property. I have been given the contact name and number for entrance to this land. It is as follows;
From Cameron take Hiway 77 south for 3 1/10 miles to the "Y" then continue on Hwy 77 S abt
3 7/10 miles. Pass the veterinarian sign on the right side of the road at CR 230, and drive abt a half mile further. The double gate is locked so permission and a key must be obtained from Mr Moody to enter the private property. The cemetery is on a hill about a half mile down a gravel road. This information came from my, inquiry at the Cameron Chamber of Commerce...(James Walker, 512-636-9520)
It was taken from a book "170 Years Of Cemetery Records" compiled by Norrine Holder Holman which is located at the Cameron Library.
Contact person for cemetery admittance:
Carl Moody 254-697-3727 or
Jason Moody 254-605-0933
I live in the Dallas area and hope to visit Cameron someday soon. However until that time if you are willing to try and locate these gravesites it would be truly appreciated.

McAlpines in Eutaw Cemetery
Hi!

You uploaded photos of the McAlpine's in Eutaw Cemetery. These are relatives of mine, 1st and second cousins and so forth. I was wondering if you minded if I used your photos on my Ancestry.com family tree?

Thank you,
Rebecca
