Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired from the Navy, and have retired IN 2001 after 35 years in Law Enforcement. A couple of my hobbies are the documentation and photographing of the tombstones of the Woodmen of the World and the associated fraternal associations, and the photography and documentation of the Civil War veterans headstones where ever I come across them. I had ancestors who fought on both sides of the Civil War. My great Grandfather (Fathers side) fought Confederate (Texas Cav) and his twin brother fought Union side (Colorado Cavalry). My great Great grandfather (Mothers side) fought For the Union from Ohio. I actually actively search for both of the above mentioned types of tombstones in cemeteries where ever I happen to be. My wife usually accompanies me and assists me greatly in these hobbies. My wife passed away from colon cancer in May 2015 and I haven't taken a picture or visited a cemetery since then. The fun is gone since I LOST my partner of 47 years.

If you have a better quality photo then the one I have posted I will not be offended if you post it.

I'll be more then glad to transfer any memorials, except for my family, to anyone who wishes them, just write and ask.

I would like to have this memorial transferred to me. Have just discovered that this my Great Great Grandfather. A genealogist I have been working with added the dates. Thank you for your diligence in adding these veterans last resting places.

Mr. Davenport,

Would you mind transferring memorial # 65266576 to me? Maj. Luis M. Baca was my 2nd great granduncle (my 2nd grandfather's brother.)

You've done a fantastic job with your entries.

Thanks - Robert Baca

Thank you for all the transfers. I'll research them and add bios as time allows.

Looks like you did a lot of traveling!

RE: James F. Keller
Thank you. I'm trying to do a brief bio for all pre-WWI Vets buried here in the Valley.

I'll look after any vets you want to transfer. (And anyone else too.)

Take care
