Please visit Jakobe Bryon Bush, age 4. I've known his Mommy since she was a little girl. My heart will forever stay broken.
Cheyenne Rose Lloyd, age 8. I used to work with her grandmother and my husband works with her father, grandfather, and uncle.
Friends of my son, so sad:
Aaron Jay "Buckwheat" McCoy, age 19

Colorado Springs Police Officers killed in the line of duty and were fellow Officers and friends with my brother.
There is a special place in my heart for the Moore, OK tornado victims and for the whole town. My husband and I lived in Moore and Norman in 1989-1992. Our only child was born there during that time.
My husband's niece's husband, Mark Byrd passed away Aug. 15, 2014. He was 41 years old.
My niece's husband, Aric Fleury passed away Jan. 31, 2012. He was 26 years old. It breaks my heart. I'm sure my mom is taking very good care of him!!
My mother, Marie Wolf Doll Lemesany, passed away May 18, 2011. I miss her so much!
My father-in-law, Ewell "Gene" McGowan passed away Sept. 22, 2010.
My brother, Steve passed away July 30, 2008. It was on our mother's 82nd birthday. She was never the same after he passed away. They are together now.
My father, Louis Doll, Jr., passed away in 1971 when I was 6 years old. Researching his side of the family has been a challenge. He was born in Monument, Liberty Township, Centre, PA. His parents were from Munson, Clearfield Co., PA. He was raised in Wharton, Morris Co., NJ, and was stationed at Camp Carson (now Fort Carson) in Colorado Springs when he met my mother in Dec. 1946. She was born in St Charles, MO and was raised in Colo. Spgs., CO. My mom was Miss Camp Carson in 1945.
I was born in NJ, raised in Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., CO, and now live in Barren Co., KY.
Researching the following:
St Charles Co., Mo- Wolf, Gentemann, LePage, Himmelsbach, Klinghammer, plus other branches and twigs!!
Clearfield Co., PA- Doll, Bailey, McDonald, Jenney, Hendershot, plus some unknowns!! Please wish me luck!!
Wharton, Morris Co., NJ- Doll
Russell Co. KY- McGowan, Harris, Tucker, Popplewell and others
If you are doing research in Glasgow, these are great websites.
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery list. It is not up to date.
If I have created a memorial of your relative in Barren Co., KY I will gladly transfer.
Sad news...my cemetery hopping buddy moved out of state. Everybody else I know thinks I am too weird going to cemeteries!! LOL So I will not be going to cemeteries that are off the main roads until I find someone to go with me.
Summer 2011 Due to three pinched nerves in my neck I can't get out much and get photos. :(
Summer 2012 Still having problems with pinched nerves and now I have DVT (blood clots) in my left leg. Will life ever get any better?
Spring 2013 Life is not much better. I am trying to get to the Glasgow Cemetery a couple of times a week, for a very short time, to help build my strength up. It helps that I have a map of the cemetery and can go right to the plot and row to get the photos. It takes me about 3 days to recover every time I go but it brings me much joy to help others out with their genealogy work. :)

Thank you very much for this--one of the reasons I asked is based on my research, it seemed like the alleged murder would have occurred in 1837 rather than the listed 1831--the information you shared seems to confirm that. Much appreciated!

|Susan Taylor||RE: Charles B.|
Thank you for your response. Charles Barksdale Taylor Jr was my father in law. This is the name that my husband (his son) has known it to be. However looking at the military records and marriage license it does shows this to be Brooksdale or Brookdale. We are researching further to see if we can find further documentation to clarify . Im sure I can find the obituary from 2006 or maybe even the death certificate.

Yes absolutely, you may repost any of my photos on your tree.
|Sunny||RE: Louise Rebecca Callahan|
Of course, you are more than welcome to use the photo. Yes, she was in one of the baby sections at the cemetery so I saw no family near her. Many of the baby graves had no markers so I am glad she had one on her grave.

Hi Chcobe, You're quite welcome. Do let me know if you see any other relatives I've posted. I figured Lupton was rare around here and there must be some connection. Best - rob

Thank you for the correction of the surname. Since you corrected the memorial I deleted the name notation. I sent a message to the person who took the picture of Laura Jefferies Haiti Dixon 's headstone and suggested he place the information on findagrave.
Thank you again
