Also found some info on Theodore S. Updyke ....

Life member of Kalamazoo Knights Templar.

You are most welcome. Harry was so high up and his Plaque?? was so dark, I was not able to get a very good pic. I did see he did pass in 1897. The only way to get a better pic, would be to get on a ladder and that's not for me! lol (afraid of heights!)

Carla, you're quite welcome!
Google something like "san Francisco reburials" and you'll see a bunch of stories about that massive effort ... very interesting.

There were a bunch of Updyke family members within the same plot. I posted an area photo of the plot, with the names in each position. Some of the other names were listed under Updike (all the markers say Updyke). I requested edits for dates/GPS, but did not request any name changes. I'll leave that up to family members to resolve. Just wanted to let you know the status.
Let me know if you need anything else.

It is no problem taking the pictures.
Thanks for getting in touch with me.

You're very welcome!

You are more than welcome. I will continue to keep an eye out for her when I go to that cemetery, but like you, I think her stone is either no longer visible or missing for whatever reason (i.e. storm damage, human clumsiness ect.)

I am related through Edward Brown's wife, Juliette Griffin. She was a niece of my Great-great-great grandmother Julietta Loriana Griffin who married Albert S. Luke (my g-g-g-grandfather).
I have had some descendants of James Griffin, Ed's father-in-law, contact me concerning work on the Griffins. In order to figure out relationships, and avoid more confusion, I had a bunch of people linked.
Are you related on the Griffin side also? It does get hard to figure out who is who when cousins marry cousins with the same last name, and use the same family names again and again.
Thanks for making the connections! If I can be of any help, I am willing. I would really like to find some obituaries for these people.
