I am always willing to share photos, so feel free to copy any I have added. I try to give credit when possible. If by chance I have omitted credit please advise and I will correct.
PLEASE VISIT MY VIRTUAL CEMETERY FOR INFORMATION ON THE KIA'S FROM THE 1-8 Jumping Mustangs who died in Vietnam. I am happy to add photos or memories, just make a request.
My husband Mike "Doc" Rice is a Vietnam veteran, serving during 8-1967 thru 8-1968 with the 1st Cav, 1-8 Division, Jumping Mustangs Co D and HQ Company. We are trying to locate anyone who he served with.

Hey Sue, did you know him and if so do you have any photos we could post on this memorial and vvmf.org. Thanks

I have updated the memorial for Michael Gieve. I have not found his father, so I would assume he has not passed yet.
My brother Tom is the President of the MI Vietnam vets. He is very active with those folks who are alive who served during that time. He is also a part of the Honor Guard which pays homage to those service men and women who have passed.
If there is anything I can do to help from SC please let me know.

You are welcome.
I live in Westland, but go to Holy Sepulchre often, as I have a lot of family there.
I also try to fulfill requests at Cadillac Memorial West, St. Hedwig, Beth El. And in Detroit: Mt.Olivet, Woodmere.
Have you ever been to Great Lakes National in Holly? That is a really nice military cemetery. Last summer I seen workers out there 'power washing' the headstones.
