Feel free to use any of the images I have taken in your family research (online or otherwise), and don't hesitate to share them with any interested family members. I will happily transfer memorials for those I am not related to or have other special connections to. "No man is an island, entire of itself. Every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind. And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls...it tolls for thee."

Thank you for adding the obit. for John.
I've only begun my research on this branch
of my family.
My line is John and Leah (Johnson)
from New York to Switzerland Co IN
Thomas and Rebecca (White)
from Switzerland Co IN to Tipton Co IN
Levina Platt and Henry Duckworth
stayed in Tipton Co IN
where my family still lives.
I hope to make a trip up to New York and Connecticut sometime to visit the places they came from.
Which is your family line ?
|Raymond||Ann Tompkins and Peter LaDue|
Hello MSB. We've come across the family of Peter LaDue, buried in the Rombout Rural Cemetery, Brinckerhoff, Dutchess Co, New York. Several family trees list his wife as Ann (Anne, Anna) Tompkins, possibly born 1723 East Chester and possibly died 1785 Fishkill. Can you furnish any additional information or source? Can you tell us if she is also buried in Rombout Rural Cemetery probably without a marker. Thank you, Raymond Tompkins.

You are welcome to use any of my photos as long as it is not for commercial purposes. That is why I do this so families can connect.

Just saw this. Nice ship! My father took me to see the tall ships in Boston Harbor near Danvers during the bicentennial. We'll connect later. Not had much time recently.

That will be fine with me.

Well thanks so much for getting it any way you got it. I appreciate all the pictures and info I can find on this family. My Father wasn't a big talker about his family so until recently, I had no clue the people I had in my family.... It's been quite a journey.
Thank you also for those great websites that you sent me. It is so fascinating to me that all these things have been preserved so that my grandchildren and future great grandchildren can see and enjoy them also.
I will be contacting Perth, but if you are lucky enough to get Betsy's please let me know. I would love to have it also.... and if there is anything I can help with on my Adams branch, feel free to contact me.
Thanks you again and again,
