Daniel Peshoff
Need Help!
Hello my name is Daniel Peshoff! I was needing some help on figuring out some family history and I see you have covered many of the PESHOFF family. My grandfather is Elmer Peshoff who is buried in Dequincy Louisiana! I was trying to figure out who his grandfather and father are. Could you help me?

RE: Photo added to Katie Gray memorial
I am not related. I usually take photo's only, but have been working on my own family history. Just a California girl trying to keep busy in a Louisiana world.

RE: Photo added to Katie Gray memorial
I am so sorry. I was working on several and this was added to the wrong memorial. It should have gone on one of my personal family.

On this memorial you speak of a second wife. I have just posted a memorial for a Mrs W J Barber #154712839. There is no indication of her maiden name. Do you think this could be traced to be the second wife, Eugenia? Her initials could be transposed also. Maybe this would help.

RE: Jones Family grave site Hwy 78 Between Ga
9-11-15 Hi, I just found your message and apologize for being so late.

I guess I sent it to you in error and had to have come across it on the "findagrave" page.

Sorry to have bothered you and promise to not do it again.

Jones Family grave site Hwy 78 Between Ga

Good afternoon,

My husband and I spotted the tombstone some months ago while driving back from Loganville,Ga. Today, we decided to stop and take photos...

We were really disturbed at the fact that these graves are not taken care of. Is there anyone who is able to OR is there an organization who can and would clean this area up?

If we were able to we definitely would but he has several medical problems and I am not of a healthy age either.

Mr Henry Jones served our country in the Confederate Army 9th division and certainly deserves more respect.

Thanks for reading this..I do not know how I will know if you got my request or not....but thanks

Thanks for responding.

I am from Peter John McCarty's lineage. Are you also in the McCarty lineage? If so would you have a tree I could view? I would greatly appreciate it.
I still would like to know where you found the asylum information as I have not found that online. I have been hoping to find someone who has copies of Bible records or wills of these fine people, and so much is in the trees.

Mary Marinth would be my cousin 3rd 3X removed.(Still trying to understand this!)

Thanks again,

Nicia McCarty Coffey

I found your information on Margaret Ann Marintha McCarty so interesting. I am wondering how you came about getting such detailed information. I am from the McCarty lineage. You mentioned she was on record in an asylum and I wondered how you accessed such information. I would appreciate hearing fromyou. Thanks,Nicia

Mary Emma ("Amae") Peshoff Duhon
Many thanks for correcting the Peshoff/Duhon data. I usually just ignore the death record spellings I find on the LDS site. They were transcribed incorrectly many, many times. The data on the death record of Emma Peshoff was close enough that I knew it was for the right person.
