Bio and Links
Bio Photo I guess I was about 7 or 8 yrs old when I first remember my dad taking me to cemeteries to trace our roots. Now I am an addict to genealogy and cemetery hunting!!! (I think it is from the Mingo Swamp water!!) So if you need something from Stoddard Co., MO, I will do what I can.
This is a wonderful website it has helped me leaps and bounds in my personal genealogy quest!

I like to transcribe entire cemeteries so loved ones can be found, mine & yours. So most of the memorials I post I am not related to. If you see a relative or someone close to you that I have posted & wish to manage there memorial, please just holler & I can transfer it to you as long as I am not related.

I have posted many photos on this site & anyone may use them for there family tree. If you make a million off one of them, please at least buy me dinner.

If you see a mistake or just have more info just leave me a message or E-Mail me. I will be happy to add the info for any additions or corrections.

A question has been asked several times here lately. "Why do you put 'Bio Info Courtesy of' & link that person to the info?" Well I like to keep track of my sources & who sent me what for whom. Also it gives that person the credit for all the hard work they have done. If you do not want your name attached to a memorial that you have given me info on, please just tell me & I will not attach it.

Please do not get upset if I do not answer your messages & e-mails right away. I get anywhere from 25 to 75 messages & e-mails everyday. I try to answer them all quickly but some take longer than others, but I will get to them!! Currently I am working on messages, requests & transfers from Oct 2012.

Happy Hunting !!

Find A Grave Memorial# 22129614
I believe the biographical information is in error as to his place of birth. Both parents appear to have lived in Trigg County, Ky at the time of his birth, (they were married just across the state line in Stewart Co., Tn in 1849), his father enlisted from Trigg Co., Ky in 1861 and his mother Mary Robinson Ezell filed for a widow's pension in 1863 from Trigg Co., Ky. Gilliam and Mary Ezell are in Trigg Co in 1850, 1860, and Mary in 1868 (her marriage to John J Francis) I haven't located the family in 1870 yet. I haven't found any evidence of their living in McCracken Co., Ky, but if you know of any, I'd like to see the source so that I can add it to my records.
Thanks

RE: Wanderlust Cemetery
Dear Brent,

I am curious if you have ever heard of the Wanderlust Cemetery. My great-uncle's death certificate (from Scott County) states he was buried there but I can find no record that such a place exists.

Thanks,
Cindy Graham

Old Morley Cem.
Thank of the pic's of the Old Morley Cem. I live in Tennessee and the Dabbs's that are buried there are some of my ancestors. Do you know if this Cemetery has been Fully Recorded with all persons and names? I am trying to find a daughter of Nathaniel and Margaret Turnbow Dabbs who may be buried there along with maybe 2 husbands. Her name is Bitha Dabbs mar. 1st. G. W. smith and had 3 children Benjamin F. B. 1894, Fred E. B.1896 and Audrey Emmaline B.1896 and D.Oct. 16,1917 and buried in Sikeston per her Death Cert. Bitha then married #2. Ross Killgore..he died 1924 and states he also was buried in Sikeston...So I wonder if this Whole family is buried there..Thank YOU for anything you can help me with..Shirley Dabbs DuPont sad_1717@hotmail.com P/S I'm Certain more of this family is buried there..

Issac and Elizabeth Haycraft
Hi,

Thanks for all of your hard work!
I wanted to add some of what I have found to my great, great, grandparents info.

Issac Martin Haycraft 8 April 1870 - 19 May 1963
Elizabeth Sturgeon Haycraft 14 April 1875 - 24 January 1957

According to death certificates, Issac was Born 8 April 1868, but I am pretty sure it was actually 1870 according to census records. He died in Senath, MO. on 19 May 1963.
Elizabeth's birth record contradicts her death certificate saying she was born 14 April 1875, and not 14 September 1877. Her death certificate is dated 24 January 1957.

My source for death certificates is http://www.sos.mo.gov/mdh/

Maria Juden
Hello Brent - nice to meet you - I like your biography a lot. You are so right this genealogy and cemetery picture taking gets into your blood. I just finished up taking pictures at Fairmount Cemetery here in Cape Girardeau which took about a year (over 6,000) but that wasn't good enough for some reason. I decided to take on New Lorimier Cemetery. I have run across several pictures you have taken and think that is wonderful - less work for me. Your pictures are great. Now for the reason I wrote - I found dates for your page for Maria Juden - she was born 1822 and died June 5, 1897. I will send them via the edit tab there but thought you might like to know. All Cape City cemetery burials are now on line - if you go to Cape Parks and Recreation and scroll down to the bottom it will say "cemeteries" Then you click on the one you want. You probably already knew this but I thought it might help you some day.
Thanks again for all your work. From a fellow picture taker: Ruth
