RE: Jeremiah McCluskey
I'm in North Central Arkansas.
I DID, awhile back, request his "military records", such as they are. I can scan & send if you'd like!

RE: Jeremiah McCluskey
I believe that's him. Don't think there was another Jeremiah anywhere at that time.

RE: Mayfield Line
Hello, I have taken the Ancestry DNA test and am over whelmed with the matches I have. I have been trying to sort through them but haven't been able to keep up. I will let you know if I find out any information about "Mack" or the rest of the tree.

RE: Mayfield Line
Hello, I am descended from Alfred Carey Mayfield to William Mayfield to Alice Leone Mayfield Lynk who is my Grandmother. I am not sure how I fit in with John Preston Mayfield. I am trying to research my Great Grandfather William and hit a wall and the last option open to me is to research the entire Mayfield Family and see if I can make a connection. This research has led me to some interesting information but haven't found my Great Grandfather in the mix yet. I can't believe how big the Mayfield Family is.

How are you related to John Preston?

Hi Linda. I was wondering about the Lauderdale Alabama grave site of Jeremiah McCluskey. I seem to remember a photo of nothing more than a stone with "JM" on it, but can't find it now. No matter, but I believe I have spoken with you before concerning Elizabeth. What I was wondering, is if we think that grave is actually Jeremiah's grave, is there any way to get a military marker installed for his service in the War of 1812? Just a thought.

RE: Eva & Ray Jackson
On the memorials for

Eva Marie Jackson #144227698 and
Thomas Ray Jackson #131647941 ~

I'd be happy to transfer these memorials to your care, IF you will just go to each of those memorials, then `

1- click on the Edit tab in the upper right area, then

2- click onto Suggest-any-other-correction-or-addition tab, then

3- in the large white box for typing in, ask for a transfer and give your Find A Grave ID # 46970332.

That makes it much easier and quicker for me to respond to your requests.

Many thanks.

LindaLou,
Do you know where the old Hugh Riah Reynolds log home that was built in 1832 is located now?
