I'm Natalie and I jumped into genealogical research in the years since my dad passed away. I love learning about my ancestors and the times they lived in.|
Please leave flowers for fallen graver J. Stephen Brangan, who, along with his wife, took many photos for FAG.
About my photos: I take care not to disturb grave sites, and use only passive techniques to get shots, aside from brushing away some leaves or grasses with my hands. You have my permission to use my volunteer photos in any of your online family trees (such as on ancestry.com, genealogy.com, etc.) All I ask is that you credit me.

Please NOTE: I will transfer memorials to family members, *within guidelines* on request; simply submit your request through the link on the memorial page. SEE FAQ PAGE FOR FAG GUIDELINES. I will, of course, make any changes/updates to the memorials I've added upon request. Simply use the EDIT tab in the upper right of the memorial.
I am currently going through the memorials I have added and deleting newspaper obits. Please do not send me edits with obits, as I will not post them.

You are welcome. I have been working on creating the remaining memorials and photographing the cemetery. My goal is to "finish" this summer.

You are welcome. We had been to this cemetery 3 times. Had found others with same name but finally found the right one.
I added the requests that you sent to me. If these are your relation, would you like me to transfer them? Let me know, thanks

Thank you for the flowers added and the correct death
date. I am interested in the Morel/Morell line in Indiana. Do you have more info on the Morels'?
Enjoyed your "Rock & Roll" virtual cemetery.
Have to ask this question. Understand not posting
obits that are recent with living persons listed.
The obit I have on Edward Morel is his mother who passed in 1888. Has all of her sons, when she arrived in US, etc. What is wrong with posting older obits?
Have added you as a friend, hope you don't mind.
Thank you again
how are you?
we have not recived any answer. think not we ever will.
but at least we tried.
it is sad, but then again...it is a long time ago. we hope they had a good and happy life.

Hey natalie. I noticed you created a page for some of my family members, i was wondering if you knew any of them, or how you came accross them. Thanks you .
Thomas MacKenzie's death certificate says he was buried at Hebron Cemetery in Allegheny Co. Looking further, I found his wife's death certificate and it says she is buried at Hopewell Hebron. I assume both of them are buried at Hopewell Hebron. Its raining this weekend so when it dries out, I'll try and find them.

Are you sure they are at Hopewell Hebron UP Cemetery in Clinton, Allegheny Co. and not at Hebron Cemetery in Pittsburgh? According to one veterans card for one of the family, it says Hebron Cemetery, Pittsburgh. That cemetery is over 25 miles away from Hopewell Hebron in Clinton.

Natalie.....I will check this out at the library and hopefully with the original record books at the cemetery office. Transcriptions spelled the name Emerick which could be incorrect. It appears the grave is next to Frank Bassett's and between Franze and Juliana and George and Mary Strebe. It' rather messy out there right now as there are snow drifts and rain is expected tomorrow which will turn everything to ice! So it may a bit of time before I can follow through.
