Thanks for changing the inscription on Arthur Gastreich's memorial - the poor marker has seen better days so the Q really did look like an O until I could enlarge it and see that bit of a tail on the O.
Thanks again Chuck!

|Phyllis Lane||RE: Fischer photos|
While I was there, I found another site which may belong to your family. The other stone reads Edna M. (October 10, 1920-July 29, 1981), and Joseph E. Fischer (January 9, 1920).
I also took a picture of the site in relationship to the church so it could be located easily.
If you'd like those pictures, please let me know and I will send them to you. Thank you, Phyllis
Thanks for Leudwig :)
I just sent an email - not much info but maybe something new.

You're welcome. It was my pleasure. I also took one of his wife and linked her to him. If you would like, I will transfer her memorial to you.

"Thank you for the heads up to link your great grand aunt to her parents. Was your great grandmother Catharine or Theresa?"
Had hand surgery 3 wks ago, hand in cast so I'm not typing well - or thinkin - I forgot to have my note sent to me too.
My great grandmother is Catherine - her sister Mary Ann/Maria Anna my great grand aunt [they also have a sister Theresa] - their mother Theresa is my 2nd great grandmother.
Are we related?
Thank you for linking Mary to her parents!

|Marsha Williams Byrd of Missouri||Fisher|
Where are your Fisher's from? Mine came to Missouri from Kentucky and I think lived in Indiana for awhile. My gg-grandfather was Albert Fisher and he settled in Callaway County, Missouri in the early 1800's. He left his family and went to the Gold Fields where he was either killed by Indians or stayed and married again. It has been impossible to find anything about him. Marsha
