I have deleted all the Freeman's and Motsingers and Matzinger's from my page Because of too many problems. I had to leave my ABUSIVE HUSBAND AND I AM LIVING IN A DOMESTIC VIOLANCE SHELTER RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF HIM. Chasity, as I already stated I only knew your Uncle for a few months but became good friends. We exchanged a few letters and Christmas cards after his return from Vietnam. One year I got a phone call or letter, not sure which one from his parents telling me of his death. It came as a real shock. If I'm not mistaken he was bitten by something on a camping trip and died from Encephalitis.
I was recently looking at a website I maintain for the 36th Engineer Battalion and saw the photo I posted on this site and his name listed on our "Accounted For" list. I did a google search on his name and found this site. Your Uncle was a good man who died way too young. I'm 65 years old now, the same age that Danny would be. I've thought of him often over the past 40 some odd years.

Hi Chasity. I have found a few names listed on the Seminole Cemetery page on Find A Grave that were actually at Maple Grove. Maple Grove is in Seminole proper. The address you listed is the city maintenance office directly behind Maple Grove. Odd the obits I read list Seminole Cemetery. Must mean Maple Grove? | | | D. Presley
